Looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was in top condition and spotless. The Hosts made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time so getting in and out was a breeze and absolutely zero problems finding as it was right at the beginning of the development. So, so much better than a couple of rooms at a hotel for our blended family getaway with plenty of space for the 7 of us and a very short drive to Busch Gardens. A+ all around. A sincere thank you to Vonda and Jonathan!!

Had a little staycation in hampton. I wanted something close to the beach (buckroe) and my massage/ reiki appt. Maia’s place was the perfect little spot to lay my head. The beach was even within walking distance and when I went, I saw some dolphins which was pretty cool. I went with Maia’s place after seeing the other reviews of how clean it was, I’m happy to say everything was accurate in Maia’s pictures and how other folks described it. It was nice having hosts that were intentional about thinking from the guests pov, even going as far to make a video for check in instructions to avoid any confusion. Every thing was clean, the hosts clean the carpets after each use and asks guests to take off shoes in bed area. Bathroom was spotless. They even had a couple board games/ uno for guests. Lots of closet space. The level of consideration felt like a hotel room without the hotel costs. Hosts responded quickly if we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

This place was a true gem. From the minute I walked in it felt like home. The decor was on point and the place was staged with quality furniture and appliances. Everything about this experience was beyond my expectations. The owner takes pride in her properties

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

The condo is even nicer than the pictures. Awesome sunrise can be viewed from the balcony. Dolphins swim by at all times of the day. Restaurants and bars are all walkable. It is a wonderful place to enjoy Virginia Brach. We will be back.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! Overall, a great place to stay after the summer season was over. The apartment complex had turned off few of the amenities, but it was manageable.

Cute place to stay for a weekend get away. Close to many restaurants and the beach.

Great location. Less then 10 min walk from beach. Close to good food. Child friendly. Didn’t bring my dog but could have. Overall 10 out of 10 if back in Va would do it again. Thanks for help with creating great memories

Had a great time staying at Lisa's home. The place was a very beautiful home and a peaceful neighborhood. Spacious living area as well as the bathrooms and rooms.

For the two days I stayed I enjoyed my time! The beach house was beautiful, extremely clean, and most importantly not that far from the beach. Communication with Scorno was extremely easy. He would answer my questions in a matter of minutes which made it easier to check in and check out! I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Good place to stay, the place was spotless when we got there. His team does a great job of cleaning to make sure you are coming to a clean stay.

Emily was an excellent host! She had clear and easy instructions, the place was very homey, petty, and well equipped. It allowed each guest in our group of three professionals on business travel their privacy, as well as community space, and opportunities to take a walk in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our boys (ages 13 and 5). The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed all of the thoughtful details like nice towels, soap/shampoo (my 13 year old would not stop talking about how good it smelled), laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels and even a tray with everything you need to make s’mores. The yard and fire pit area is great. The outside lights are solar which was also cool. We loved snuggling on the couch to watch a movie at the end of a long day at Busch Gardens. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and no one ran out of hot water after everyone showered. We really didn’t have any issues and the host is super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Well maintained, clean and free of clutter. She had a nice tray of coffees, teas and chocolates available. I love my nighttime tea and had forgotten to bring it, so that was great. Had a nice fenced in yard that we were able to use to practice soccer. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed minus a couple mixing bowls. There was some food and spices there (from other guests maybe) that we weren't sure if we could use or not. I was confused about getting logged into WiFi but I messaged Collette and she walked me through it. Nice place and well priced.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

Stayed for an impromptu visit to the in-laws over Christmas. Booked it on the 24th for check-in on the 25th-27th. The stay was great, went off without a hitch. good communication, seamless check-in and very clean space. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location for walking to the beach and many restaurant options. The beds are comfy and the living room has good seating options (unlike rentals that have only one couch). Kat was very responsive and attentive to our requests. She was great. FYI, Chicos has good pizza and fun atmosphere, Pocahontas Pancakes has great breakfast options and seems to be very popular there. The Shack is a cool outdoor bar. The Irish Pub had live music and fun atmosphere. We would rent again from Kat.

Nikki's place was clean and extremely spacious ! Would book here again. We had to make last minute changes to our accomodations and she responded quickly with solutions. Thank you for your kindness ! 💕Place was very quiet and chill.

We visit Williamsburg often and have stayed in many different vacation properties. Gayle’s is one of the best so far! It was warm and welcoming, family friendly, she even left a cookie decorating kit for us! The kitchen had lots of extras, coffees, teas, hot chocolates, condiments, even a few snacks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms and living room opened onto small decks with a view onto the tennis courts. The property was fun to explore and the kids had a blast on the playground and down at the small beach (a ten minute walk). I got a massage at the resort and highly recommend if you have time for some pampering during your stay. We had an issue with the dishwasher (it is a smarter/fancier appliance than I was used to) and Gayle was immediately responsive talking me through it & offered on site help if needed. Checkout was simple & easy, no long list of tasks. We just felt relaxed and welcome!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sammie's place! We felt right at home in the apartment and especially enjoyed the comfortable sofa and chairs in the living room. The neighborhood is lovely, and you can walk to everything, although it was a bit more of a walk to the beach than we expected. We enjoyed the pool and patio too. There were nearby laundry facilities, but we did not utilize them. The artwork throughout the apartment was beautiful and we loved the mermaid theme throughout. Our only complaint were the dirty floors and empty soap dispensers! Sammie's apartment was perfect for our visit, and we felt like locals staying there! Sammie was a gracious and responsive host!

This was my first experience utilizing "Airbnb" and I am delighted that I picked Hakima's property. I see why she is a "super host" the condo had several personalized touches throughout the entire property, and she was always available to provide any assistance.
