Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

This is a great place to be based for exploring Perth. It’s very central, so easy to get around Perth by foot or on the free Cat buses. Being on the 22nd floor means you are away from the street noise and have a fab view. While check in/out is a little fiddly, it is well explained and to be expected in a busy city (we’ve experienced similar in Sydney and Paris!). The most important point is that it worked seamlessly. The bed is comfy, the shower powerful and you also get use of the pool.

Geweldig verblijf op een uitstekende locatie in hartje Perth. Het appartement is fantastisch, erg luxe met een geweldig uitzicht en alle faciliteiten waren super goed geregeld. De sportschool en zwembad zijn netjes en worden goed bijgehouden. De manager heeft ons erg goed begeleid en was heel snel met reageren of ter plekke. Wij raden iedereen dit verblijf aan en komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Wij hebben genoten!

My parents had a lovely stay here after we booked Carlos’ place for them as a surprise on their trip to visit Perth. Beautiful apartment, amazing views and Carlos hasn’t missed a detail.

Great place to stay, literally just 7minutes walk to the Scarborough beach and there is a playground on the beach too if you have kids. The house is so clean and in good quiet area. Check-in is so easy as instructions is pretty clear. Very recommended!!!

Helles, sauberes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und einem Tiefgaragenplatz. Mit den detaillierten Anweisungen von Lyda war es kein Problem, in das Apartment zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum von Perth haben wir zu Fuß nur eine Viertelstunde gebraucht. Zum Kings Park sind wir dann doch mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Park auf einem Hügel liegt (viele Stufen) und es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nicht den Verkehrslärm vom Straßendrehkreuz. Wir können das Apartment von Lyda uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

Great spot, great facilities. Was the perfect accommodation for a working trip. Safe and secure as well and some cool cafes just around the corner behind Mineral Resources Park.

A great place with great hosts. Everything you need to feel at home. I was there in the middle of a heat wave (40s for several days) and the AC was working perfectly. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Beautiful holiday house! We LOVED the place! We spent almost everyday in pool, table tennis, outside patio, and kids were so excited every single night for bunk bed and rooftop bed room🌺 The hip cafe, restaurants, and beautiful beach are in 10min or so, so many options! The host was so responsive, so kind and generous. Her kindness def added great experience to the house! We’re saying we’d def want to come back to stay this place again, hopefully soon!

The house was so welcoming, felt right at home. Was able to get comfortable and the pool was amazing on our hot weekend. Showers and bedrooms were so nice and updated. This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.
