This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Dorina’s home was the calm, peaceful reprieve from the city we were looking for. Her home was so comfortable and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard was a little oasis with a large pool (with floats!), several (6 I think) lounger chairs, two 6 top tables in different areas and a functioning grill. We spent most of our time here! Dorina was fast to respond, helpful with recommendations and overall what you hope to have in a host. We would definitely come back to Dorina’s home!

Jenny's home was perfect for our family reunion in Quogue. Super clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen has plenty of high quality pots and pans, dishes, sharp knives , wine glasses etc. Beautiful and private backyard was perfect for early morning coffee. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.

Joanne’s apartment provided all the amenities and comforts of home. I loved the cozy, but spacious and quiet apartment. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Joanne was a fabulous and friendly host. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Jill’s place for a long holiday weekend! The space itself was extremely comfortable and cozy. And the location was within a 10 minute drive of all of Montauk top activities not to mention walkable to the Montauk Harbor with its own host of restaurants. Many were closed for the season but we loved trying Dive Pizza Bar with live music just a 7 minute walk from the residence! Thank you, Jill, for the wonderful stay and for your great communication and tips leading up to the trip!

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend as she was visiting from MA. The place was perfect, with adequate space and clean facilities. The only issue we ran into was the listing describes 2 beds, or at least a futon; however upon staying here we learned there is not one. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, and then narrow couches, one in the bedroom and one downstairs. We had planned on two beds so this was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise, our stay was seamless and we felt very safe and comfortable. The bed was amazing and soft. Hosts were mostly responsive and respectful. A warning for those who use or medicate with cannabis, make sure your car doesn’t smell, as we were parked in front about to go out, one of the hosts insisted we had broken their smoking rules while which definitely was not the case as prior to our stay I had clarified my intent to them to follow all rules and respect their smoking policy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our weekend and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! We were eight people - two families traveling with four kids total, and the home was ideal for our group. The heated pool was a highlight—perfectly sized and (upon request) kept at a comfortable temperature, even in late March. The house itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated how quickly the hosts responded whenever we had questions. The only minor drawback was that the property is located across from a fire station, and occasionally you’ll hear the siren. However, it only lasts a few seconds and didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Mona's home has an incredible energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. Inside, the house is well appointed ensuring every comfort and convenience at your fingertips. The outdoor space is incredibly accommodating, featuring a large, clean pool, a spacious deck, plenty of seating and a barbecue grill perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The garden is a true sanctuary offering a peaceful retreat complete with butterflies, hummingbirds and a serene water element. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable suggestions for things to do, including nearby beaches and places to see the sunset.

Lydia was an excellent host. She communicated all information clearly and kindly. The house was very clean and as described in the ad. We 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be back ourselves. 💯

We had a lovely stay at Jeffrey’s place during Thanksgiving weekend! The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group - the master bedroom is in one wing of the house and two other (large) bedrooms are in the other wing. That was ideal for us with two infants in the group. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was awesome and the host was extremely gracious.

Harry’s place was what we needed, perfect for a family of 4 (or 5). Its cozy and has what you need for a few days escape from the city. I particularly like how responsive Harry was, even things outside of their control (weather, storm) he looked for immediate solutions. You can see that they care about their place and renters. The pool was a plus for our kids. The location is also good, of course you need a car but there are nice restaurants within 10 min drive and the beach is close too. All in all a very positive experience for us. Thanks Harry!
