I needed a place to stay as I was working at a local running event nearby with my daughter. Dawn and her family welcomed us and were very attentive. I’m gutted we didn’t have more time to spend with them as it was almost a flying visit and they were very kind and offered us various snacks etc. We highly recommend staying at their place and would not hesitate booking again when in Bedford. Thanks Dawn!

Janet and her husband run an excellent establishment. Attention to detail was really good from the communication we had before arriving, organising a taxi and then tea and cake in the garden! The breakfast was yummy and again service warm and welcoming. Highly rate the stay!

I couldn't recommend enough a stay at Wendy's home. She was the most amazing host, facilitating every aspect of my visit, from picking me up and dropping me at the station to cooking the most delicious meals, driving me to places of interest, and being beyond generous with her time and space. I always felt welcomed as a friend rather than an Airbnb guest throughout my stay. Furthermore, the house is as beautiful as you can see in the pictures, and Noodle is the cutest dog. If you need to spend time in this area, there's no better place than Wendy's!

Džiaugiuosi savo pasirinkimu💖. Nuo pat pirmos minutės Lindos šeimos namuose jaučiausi kaip savuose. Jauku, švaru, tvarkinga, saugu. Kadangi teko apsigyventi ilgesniam laikui (5 dienos), tai rytus su kavos puodeliu pasitikdavau nuostabiame sodelyje-miškelyje. Tai tiesiog rojaus kampelis, kuriame gali skaityti knygą, medituoti, pusryčiauti ir pan. Puikus pusryčių pasirinkimas. Gerbiama Linda net iškepė nuostabią bananų duoną 🥰. Pasirinkę šiuos namus, tikrai liksite patenkinti. 🌺🌺

Clean and tidy space. Great location close to restaurants and cafes. Free parking outside the house was great. Would recommend for a short/weekend stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Diana's. She made the check in process really easy for me and she has a lovely house with the bathroom in particular being very highly specced. The bedroom was quite small but ok for a double bed( I am quite tall 1.90m so the bed was slightly small) but well equipped with kettle, toaster fridge & microwave. The breakfast offerings were a lovely touch with fresh milk, yogurts, fruit juice bread & cereals. I am sure I will be back soon.

Tony and Helen have the most beautiful house, and the air bnb is in your own courtyard which has a homely feel to it. It was nice to wake up and have a coffee on a sunny morning and listen to the birds. I came away for 2 days for some me time, and my stay outdid my expectations. It was peaceful and has a fantastic living space. Although it was a bit chilly at night, Tony and Helen left an extra blanket which made it super cosy! The desk was perfect for me to work. Haven’t got a bad word to say, it was amazing and I’ll be back!

sehr schönes Zimmer (mit toller rückenfreundlicher Matratze) in einem wirklichen liebevollen Zuhause. Garten konnte aufgrund der Witterung leider nicht genutzt werden, aber sollte man das Glück haben, hier an ein paar sonnigen Tagen zu verweilen so ist dies sicher nochmal ein echter Gewinn. Very simple and straight forward. Scenic 20min walk to the city centre or less on public transport.

Nasreen was extraordinarily welcoming. She gave me my choice of room and in the morning offered coffee and my choice of toast, fruit, cereal, and porridge for breakfast, joining me in a very pleasant conversation at the kitchen table. Her comfortable home is also conveniently located -- about a 6-minute walk from a stop for the bus to Audley End rail station and just over 15 minutes’ walk to picturesque Market Square. There is also a nearby Tesco where one can get microwaveable meals. Check-out was easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing and economical stay!

Notre séjour s'est bien passé : la chambre correspondait à la description, était propre, et le jardin était charmant. Jane répondait vite aux messages et était très chaleureuse quand nous l'avons rencontrée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien également. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, et le quartier calme, surtout le soir.

I had a lovely stay at Kathy's! The bedroom is very cosy and clean and the bed is really comfortable. The house is situated in lovely surroundings with canals and lots of greenery where you can go for walks. Kathy is a very nice and welcoming host. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Kathy !

Couldn't recommend a stay at Ruth's accomodation more!! I stayed for a weekend as I was attending a concert at Ally Pally; which is within a short walking distance. As soon as I entered the house, Ruth was very welcoming and showed me around the kitchen and my room. There was snacks and coffee I could help myself to in the kitchen if needed. The space was nicely layed out for me, with soap, shampoo, towels and everything needed for my stay. The room was just as described, with a large bed, fridge, kettle and bathroom. Many reviews do mention the nearby train track, the noise didn't personally bother me but it may do others. Very lovely stay and Ruth's daughter even offered to make me breakfast! Thank you for my wonderful and welcoming stay Ruth, I will definitely be returning for Alexandra Palace gigs :)

This was the second time I have stayed at Steven's place and it was just as convenient and welcoming as the first time. Definitely recommend.

En son absence, Steven avait confié notre accueil à son ami Nick. Ce dernier nous a réservé un très bon accueil et s'est montré attentif et attentionné. Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit et les deux chambres réservées ont permis un repos de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était agréable et servi dans une pièce au charme des maisons britanniques. Cerise sur le gâteau, et c'était l'une des raisons du choix de cet emplacement, la maison de Steven se trouve à 20 minutes des studios Harry Potter, ce qui en fait une escale très agréable pour être opérationnel tôt le matin. Nous remercions Steven et Nick pour l'excellence de leur accueil.
