We loved our stay at Sarah’s house. The entire house is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail in the quirky old house. It really is so cute inside and we loved the decor. They have everything you need stocked and ready to go for a great stay. Such a walkable area with lots of places to see and eat close by. Plentiful linens and comfy beds. Lots of supplies for babies and kids. One of our most favorite stays- highly recommend.

The townhouse was great- comfortable and conveniently located to walk to restaurants and shops. Only issue I had was not receiving an answer when I asked about the size of the garage, twice. Turns out the garage had plenty of space for our full sized SUV and we had a great weekend.

What a great place to stay! Super roomy, no evidence that dogs have stayed there, amazing location. great place for our family of 4. The teens had their own floor. Bring slippers or socks with traction, as the stairs are wood and slippery, and there are 2 flights to the master suite. The master is huge with a big bathroom and huge walk-in closet. We felt like we were home from the 1st second we opened the door. I would definitely recommend this home to friends traveling to Savannah!

Lovely comfortable little cottage in perfect location. Walkable distance to sights, restaurants and everything you would want in historical Savannah yet very peaceful and quiet location. Great instructions from Janet very easy to park and check in. Would have liked to stay longer. Can highly recommend you stay here when visiting Savannah!

We went with kids for St Patrick's Day and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the family inside the house, walkable to Forsythe Park and the parade route. We felt safe. There was some noise at night as it's on the ground floor by a busy street but that comes with the great location and the noise machines provided by the host took care of it. If we return to Savannah we will stay here again.

We had a really great time. The home is a great, walkable distance from everything (Forsyth Park, the riverfront, etc). Check in / check out were simple. No surprises. And Scott and Jane made it clear that they were around if we needed anything.

The place was great. It had everything we needed for a family of four and centrally located. The restaurant on the bottom floor also really helps was excellent.

I loved my stay! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Very charming inside and out. I stayed for a month and I could not have been happier. The layout of the home is great and the location is fabulous! It’s right on Crawford Square in a quiet area great for walking anywhere in Savannah! A courtyard, off street parking, laundry, 2.5 baths , a working fireplace, and a king bed in the master! I visit Savannah often and I plan to stay here again!

Beautiful street and completely walkable to the historic downtown and other downtown Savannah areas.

Our stay was lovely! The location was perfect! Walkable to Forsyth Park, which hosted its weekly Farmer’s Market that we walked to. It was about a 5-10 minute ride from all the restaurants and shops downtown. Would definitely stay here again and DEFINITELY recommend for others!

We love staying with Spencer and Xavi's homes. We have stayed at one of their locations, every time we are in the area. They are extremely helpful and respond with-in an hour or less. If we are back in the area for work again we look at staying with them.

Jmmi’s home made me feel right at home. Everything was great, from the communication, location, to the home design itself. My only regret was leaving my complimentary bottle of wine lol. Thanks again Jmmi!

Nice place to stay to visit historic Savannah. Place is just like in the pictures, clean and quiet. Easy 25 minute walk to the furthest point away that we wanted to visit (Plant Riverside), 10 minute walk to delicious ice cream (Leopold's) and lots to do in between. Good burrito place around the corner (Java Burrito) and busy pizza place basically across the street (Screamin' Mimi's). Fun to walk down Broughton St and easy to get to places like Forsyth Park, the SCAD store and E Shaver Booksellers. The beds were super comfy, the house was quiet and Sid was responsive and friendly. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The location was on a quiet street surrounded by nice houses and across the street from a church. This unit is quiet and cozy. The host provided all the necessities. The towels and washcloths are thick and nice and we had plenty! It is decorated with beautiful old southern charm. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed the house in general very much. The location is the best and was so surprised how really close everything was! The covered garage was great and private. We went in January and also when the snow/ice hit the East Coast., which the conditions were extremely rare for Savannah. We arrived and the house was very cold and had a few space heaters to aide. The upstairs was somewhat warm and we did adjust the thermostat(located upstairs) It helped the upstairs(never reached the set temp) but the downstairs never had heat. I did finally reach out to Michael the day before we were to leave, asking if there was a thermostat downstairs and about the issue. He did say it should have been warm throughout the entire house and wondered if there was a problem with the HVAC. That was the only unfortunate problem we had. Would love to go again when the weather is normal and be able to use the cute balcony upstairs and also the back adorable patio!

We loved staying here. Host was friendly and responsive. We had no issues with check in and out. The place was clean, close to everything we wanted to do and very cute. Will stay here again!

Cunningham House was great and Rob was a fantastic host! The house was on a quieter street right next to a park, but only a block away from the main downtown strip, so very walkable to any restaurant, tour, or even to get to River street. The house was great, and felt very historic (which is what we were looking for) but with all the modern amenities one could want. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was a perfect size for a group of 4 to hang out together. Rob was very responsive and checked in via message periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and were settling in well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! Donna was amazing to work with & made our planning seamless !! This location was perfect for us. It is in a peaceful ,beautiful neighborhood and walkable to almost everything Savannah has to offer . I Highly recommend this property for a stay in Savannah!

Shaunda’s place was a great fit for my family and very clean as well! The view is beautiful and the area nice and quiet. Convenient location with some great restaurants close by.

What a treat Laura and Andy’s place was for our family! It was everything as described and more. So clean, very spacious for our family to hang out comfortably. We especially appreciated the black out curtains, sound machines, as well as the pack-n-play, and high chair for the littles. It felt as if it were a home away from home. All of our family were very pleased. Thank y’all!
