Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con home theater en Holanda Septentrional

Bel appartement à la décoration chaleureuse et très bien équipé que ça soit en produits et en matériel pour cuisine. Un coup de cœur pour la terrasse à l’écart du bruit de la ville. L’appartement est bien situé dans le centre ville où l’on peut tout faire à pieds. Belle découverte de la ville de Hoorn qui est très charmante et d’où on peut visiter Amsterdam comme ses environs. Merci pour les instructions très claires et l’accueil.

Fabulous location in Amsterdam! Apartment is on a wonderful street with an incredible street market and the Food Hallen just down the road. Walkable to all the sights, canals, and Vondelpark. Linus was incredibly responsive and friendly and willing to allow us to check in early and store our bags on the checkout, due to a later flight. Beds are comfortable and the apt is updated with really nice finishes. We will most definitely stay at this Airbnb again upon our guaranteed return to the beautiful and energetic city of Amsterdam.

Wir waren über ein langes Wochenende in Egmond aan Zee in dem Loft von Tania. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was mach brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit Tania war sehr unkompliziert, genauso wie der Check-in/ Check-out. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür und man war in 3 Min. dort, zudem sind Bäckerei und Supermarkt auch in unmittelbarer Nähe aufzufinden. Wir werden wieder in das Loft von Tania kommen und vergeben alle Sterne, die man vergeben kann ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The home was really nice. Well-done remodeled and tastefully decorated and well organized. It feels home. The location was great. Quite and beautiful and easy access to the supermarket & restaurants. The host was amazing. She accommodated our early check in and late check out. Answered all of our questions. And even provide a high chair did my baby after I requested. It was a lovely family stay. We stayed for 7 days and will recommend it for sure. Thank you

Wir hatten dank Leon eine wunderschöne Zeit in Amsterdam. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön groß und sauber. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und bedanken uns nochmal bei Leon für die Möglichkeit, unser Wochenende dort verbringen zu dürfen.

Susanne’s place was the perfect place to relax after exploring Amsterdam. The large windows bring a lot of natural light and the beautiful sunrise was very nice to wake up to. The place is close to the tram and only took 20-30 mins to get into town. Many bike paths and trails to explore as well. Suzanne is the perfect host making sure my stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.

The perfect host and a great place to stay in Amsterdam for a short business trip. A beautiful, spacious apartment where you can watch the sunrise right from the bed, and morning coffee on the balcony is just wonderful. I would gladly return again!

Een aanrader deze studio! Voor mij was het een goed plekje om van daaruit allerlei uitstapjes te maken. Heerlijke badkamer en prima bedden. Nora is een fijne host.

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

Ruhige Lage, schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Marjolein ist sehr lieb und nett, zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell und zuverlässig! Ich bin zufrieden und kann es allen anderen Empfehlen.

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Nicole's house. The location was perfect for exploring Holland especially with the 15 minute train journey into Amsterdam. Haarlem is lovely too with lots to see and do. The house was perfect for our family with lots of space. My daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline while she was waiting for everyone to get ready for a day out! I would highly recommend.

very easy check-in, spotless house, with private enclosed garden en great garden furniture. Beds with lovely clean sheets and beautiful bathrooms. walking distance from the dunes and beach with great restaurants nearby!

Maison parfaite pas très loins d’Amsterdam idéal pour des couple d’amis qui souhaite venir visiter Amsterdam mais aussi avoir des temps plus calme. Pour ce qui n’aime pas la foule Haarlem est déjà un petit Amsterdam.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le logement de Tom. Tout était vraiment propre et impeccable et le logement est très bien équipé. Nous y étions avec nos 4 enfants, dont un bébé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un bébé: lit, chaise haute, bain... Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de découvrir la région. La communication était très facile avec Tom. Nous avons même eu une petite surprise qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement!

My first AirBnB experience and my family and I enjoyed it very much. Our host Emiel was friendly, gracious and flexible (especially regarding our check in and check out timings) from the first to the last communication. He met us at the house and was thorough in showing us how everything worked. When we had an issue with the washing machine, he was very responsive and came right away to help us fix it. The house itself was large enough for 5 of us to have our own space. We also highly enjoyed the convenient location of the house to the supermarket, town centre and train station. Thank you Emiel!

Casa fantastica e funzionale, con giardino dotato di servizi superiori alle aspettative. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato. Rob è un persona sempre disponibile e cortese, molto cordiale all'accoglienza. Zona residenziale estremamente tranquilla e in linea con le ns aspettative, soprattutto logistiche, rispetto al nostro programma di vacanza. Presenti servizi di prossimità adeguati. Great place with an amazing living room space. Location is quite convenient for public transportation access. Everything was amazing except that the staircase to the 2nd floor was quite steep when coming down.

Marion's place in Haarlem was nothing short of a cozy and magical home away from home. It was perfect for me and my two girls! After looking at multiple places to stay in Amsterdam, we decided to take a chance on a new town to us, Haarlem. This was the best decision we ever made! It's like the Brooklyn of New York City and just a 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal. It's a short walk to the train, beautiful strolls along bricklaid roads to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping and is right next to the sought out windmill landmark. Their home is like staying in a magazine with their authentic Scandinavian design. Hosts were flexible, communicative, accommodating and really went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. If you are wanting to visit Amsterdam, take a chance on this quaint, neighboring town and enjoy Marion's place!

Très joli appartement, tout équipé et à distance tout à fait acceptable (10 min) en vélo des principales activités. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que le centre d'Amsterdam, ce qui est plus que bienvenu après une journée à déambuler dans la ville. Willem est très sympathique, il vous fait faire un petit tour du propriétaire au moment de la remise des clés et a été flexible sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Un grand merci pour tout !

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

If this place is available, rent it now! It is the perfect Amsterdam home base. It's in a nice residential area & is right on the bus line to Centraal Station (comes every 10-12 mins) and a short walk to Jordaan & 9 Streets area. The apartment is better than the photos--there are homey touches throughout. There are several flights of stairs up to it, but it's worth the hike. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, fully-equipped kitchen (w/ spices & all necessary equipment) & a large living room (w/ piano & cinema w/ retractable screen). The next floor has 2 bedrooms w/ comfortable beds & an amazing bathroom w/ tub & shower. The roof garden is very relaxing, w/ beautiful sunsets & comfy furniture. We watched the Dutch team's victory over Turkey in Euro 2024 on the roof, & hearing the whole neighborhood celebrate was an amazing experience. We felt like we saw the real (not touristy) Amsterdam. Finally, the host was very proactive, helpful & patient w/ my questions. Highly recommend!
