We had the most wonderful stay at Michelle's place celebrating our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed with bubbles, and chocolates—such a thoughtful touch. The platter was absolutely worth it—generous in size, beautifully presented, and packed with a variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. It had everything from gourmet cheeses to fresh fruit, nuts, and artisan crackers. We highly recommend adding it to your stay! The space itself was modern, beautifully designed, and absolutely spotless. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the stunning views. It was exactly what we needed to completely recharge. Every detail was carefully considered to make our stay special, and we truly appreciated it. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable getaway! 💛✨

We can't speak highly enough about the place. It's a little haven where the atmosphere and surroundings almost force you to kick back and forget about [almost] everything and just enjoy. The surrounding areas compliment the accommodations, and the local people reflect the laid-back approach to life. With pristine beaches, great food from the local cafes and restaurants through to the weekend markets there is something for everyone here.

Nicollette’s place was the perfect getaway—serene, beautiful, and unbelievably peaceful. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole space just had this calm, grounding energy. The house itself was clean and tidy, with super comfortable beds and a pristine kitchen that made us feel right at home. The spacious grounds were amazing to walk around, and in warmer weather, you could just throw down a towel or mat and read on the grass. Loved the little details too—plenty of fridge and freezer space, great WiFi, and even a lawn game to keep us entertained. Plus, Nicollette was an incredible host, super responsive to any random questions we had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to unwind for a weekend.

This was the best stay we had while in New Zealand, and we wish you could have stayed longer. It was so cute and comfortable. Everything made it feel like we were right at home, and they even provided breakfast. If we are able to make it back this way, we would absolutely stay again!

Lewis’ place has everything you could wish for on Waiheke - close to the beach and restaurants, central to wineries and art galleries - all within a perfectly peaceful pad of beautiful art and natural views. We’ll be back!

Lovely character cottage. We felt very comfortable. The hot tub was great after a swim in the river. We even managed to fit in one of the puzzles provided 😊

I had a great stay here, the house was immaculate, and well stocked. An easy place to stay while enjoying the local activities in Waipu. Beautiful outlook and for a rural property felt like it wasn’t too far off the beaten track. Highly recommend :)

This beautiful cottage is an absolute gem of a find and far more beautiful than the pictures. Set in a very picturesque vineyard with incredible views of the mountains and surrounded by incredible rose bushes - I don’t know what else you could wish for. We felt right at home in the cottage which was well equipped and privately tucked away from the main house. We were told to help ourselves from the lemon and orange trees which we did. Bed and linen are extremely comfortable and cosy with a lovely view from the bed out onto the vineyard with the mountain in the background. The toilet is in an odd location but definitely not a dealbreaker - you can access it from the kitchen without leaving the cottage. Outside BBQ was a huge plus. We would return to this slice of paradise in a heartbeat, good for the soul!

We loved our stay at Sally’s place. It was perfect for our little family and was very well equipped. There was so many personal touches that made us feel truly at home. She was also a really great communicator. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were sitting on the front patio enjoying the beautiful view. We had a great stay !

A lovely little cottage; close to beautiful Pohara beach, with great access to Takaka and all the surrounding attractions of Golden Bay. Spotlessly clean with a relaxed vibe, the cottage had everything we needed during our stay. Being pet friendly meant our two dogs could join in the adventure; a real bonus. Thanks for hosting us.

Close to the national park. Simple place with places to eat nearby and a hot shower - just what our family needed after our hike and before setting off in the road the next morning

We loved Wendy's place. I'm travelling with my aging folks and they had the space they needed as well as true enjoyment of the garden, whilst I could run down the beach and over to Cape Foulwind. Perfect! As a host Wendy was flexible and very helpful! Thanks!

We adored our stay! The cottage was pristine. The location is great. It is right across a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance from a great playground. It is very close to the airport but recent upgrades meant we couldn't hear the planes from inside the house. Our little one was obsessed with watching the planes take off. What really set this place apart was how thoughtful and kind the hosts were. We have a baby and toddler and the hosts brought toys for the kids to play with. The kids had the best time!

A lovely little slice of Paradise. This was such a peaceful place to stay with the gardens, lake, birdlife, farm animals... just a beautiful, peaceful surrounding, yet the town, shops, restaurants/cafes and supermarkets are just 5-minutes down the road. Our host, Sharon, was super supportive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I would highly recommend, and we hope to be back to stay. Thanks, Michele and Ian

Stunning location, very private, beautiful gardens surrounding the cottage. Host is lovely, responsive and lives on the main property. There is a track on the property that we didn’t get to walk but would recommend others try as it sounds lovely.

Second stay at this Bach and just as restorative as remembered. Secluded, private, peaceful, surrounded by nature and farm life. The house is super clean and has everything you need, and if you forget anything its only a 10min drive to Featherstone. Bed is comfortable with gorgeous linen. Claire is so lovely and was really responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait to return

An easy no-contact check-in. A delightful and rustic accommodation. There was plenty of gas for a very long, hot bath outside. Thanks for a great stay.
