John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

We had a great stay at the house of Carol. It's very conveniently located close to Mt. Taranaki and the city center. Carol is a lovely host who will make sure you will just feel at home. Highly recommended!

The team we had staying loved their stay. They said Tracey was extremely friendly and welcoming. Facilities were clean but homely....and the beds nice and comfortable at the end of a long day! With future contracts coming up in the area they have asked to book this accommodation again. Highly recommend

Loved loved loved! The view is stunning! The place was so clean and tidy! The bathroom all brand new and with a spacious shower. Cindy and Jesse even left a kind note for our arrival, a warm welcome. Both are kind and happy people - their friendly nature will surely brighten anyone’s holiday. 10/10 would stay here again :)

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement. Nous avons été si bien accueillit ! Beaucoup de petites attentions (tomates du jardin, un delicieux crumble !). La maison en bois à beaucoup de charme. Il y a de la place. Le chien est adorable 😊 Merci pour cet accueil !

2 Nächte habe ich im Apartment von Richard übernachtet um den Tongariro Crossing zu gehen, die Lage ist perfekt dafür. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Hier wäre ich gerne länger geblieben wenn ich mehr Zeit gehabt hätte.

David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. This was a one night stopover on our way to Auckland. We told Bev in the morning that we were going to be late arriving but no problem. Bev said she would leave light on and door open. We arrived on schedule and were really impressed with our accommodation. Even though it was late, Bev and Ed called over to check that everything was ok. After 7 hours of driving it was nice to chat to them before hitting the bed. When we awoke early the following morning for our mountain walk we were more than grateful for the provisions Bev had left us but more particularly the brown bread. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we informed the hosts that we're arriving late with an infant, we were pleasantly surprised to see the portacot set up ready for our sleeping baby. It was extremely helpful. The location was great too, within 20 mins walk to Ponsonby with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Campbell was very friendly and provided local recommendations which we immensely appreciated. We would return to stay again.

Amazing place and neighborhood! Moira was extremely responsive and helpful, and the guest manual she provides is an amazing guide to the Parnell neighborhood! Her home was really beautiful and cozy. She kindly let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, because the times were’t quite lining up in terms of where we were going next. We’d highly recommend this place!

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and my daughter loved the trampoline. The location is convenient for mountain biking at the redwoods. We missed being able to cook (no stove) but the kitchenette and the fridge is good enough for breakfast &sandwiches. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
