This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

The place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. We loved staying at this home. We visited the area for a cousins wedding. Perfect for the family. Super clean and the home had a lot to offer!

The house was as beautiful as it looked on the site. It has to be one of the most thoughtful houses that we've stayed at. The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of soaps, towels, etc. Arthur was easy to reach and very helpful.

My family and I loved the home on the lake! It was very clean, well decorated and had plenty of space for all of us. Daniela was an amazing host, she was always available for any questions and gave us a lot of tips about the local spots. We had everything we needed as the property was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beauty of this property and lake!

This house was beautiful and everything we wanted for a peaceful girls weekend. The setting was stunning with water views from every window. The house itself was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We all wished we could stay longer and would definitely come back. Darren was a welcoming and responsive host.

This is a perfect location. Walkable to many great restaurants and shops. although we drove. We had 8 adults staying there. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking for our cars. The place was clean. Charlotte was quick with responses. I would definitely rent again.

Craig’s place on Pelican Bog at Wood Pond was the ideal retreat for our moms’ weekend getaway. Even with a bit of rain, we fully enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space—fishing off the dock, a refreshing dip in the water, and the pond swing, which was such a relaxing and unexpected highlight. The home itself exceeded our expectations. The living room was so much cozier and more spacious than the photos showed—perfect for lounging, laughing, and catching up. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making meal prep a breeze. We didn’t find ourselves needing a single thing. Craig was incredibly responsive and took a lot of care to make our stay enjoyable including putting the fishing poles, kayaks, and chairs out for us so enjoy right as we arrived. The air hockey table was also a really great addition. All in all, it was the perfect setting for reconnecting and unwinding. We would absolutely come back!

Wonderful home, very clean, and the owner was very responsive. She left us some nice donuts. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Beautiful and very chill vibes! Thank you so much!

We had a grate time at Denys lots of room for us all we. Had a large group we love. All the wood work on the main floor just lovely thank for allowing us to have extended stay that was soooooo convenient for us. Not many Airbnb offers it.😌 again thanks and much blessings 🙏

our stay at the "broody hen" was perfect. i primarily picked this location for the backyard space but sadly it rained the whole time we were there. fortunately the inside is equally inviting and my URI son and friends had a great dinner visit with us. this location is very clean, well appointed, super convenient to the college as well as shops. we will definitely try to stay here again. :)

This place is very cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was our third stay at this charming cabin. It's the perfect retreat from the city. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and is just a couple minutes drive from good coffee and surrounding attractions.

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

Will definitely be staying here again when I don't have busy plans. Only got to sleep there this trip. It's an awesome little get away!

Perfect layout and location for our annual visit to see my dad who lives across the pond!

Place was very well cared for, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything needed. The views of the lake are GORGEOUS. Felt like home, we had a great time even with the bad weather.

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
