We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house. Everything was exactly as described. The house is fully stocked with everything. My daughters were impressed by the coffee/ tea provided. We had a wonderful week. Beautiful views of second beach. The yard was perfect for our small dogs to run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

Scott was so nice. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything at all and told us he was available 24/7. The house is very homey and very clean and had everything we needed.

Jennifer and Zach’s place in Wickford Village was better than the listing. My family and I had an amazing trip exploring the village as well as other cities nearby. Wickford Village is super walkable but also has a bunch of shops and restaurants to visit. The home is smartly appointed and very clean. If you need it, this home has it. Jennifer was responsive and proactive at reaching out to make sure our stay was going well. If we decide to come back to the area I’m sure we’d stay again.

Very easy to communicate with. Checked in with us on the first day. To make sure things were going well. Made the first ocean experience and my 34th birthday worth the travel from Upstate New York.

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

The house was very clean and in a great location. The outdoor area was exceptional and we enjoyed several meals outside as a family. A walk to Pebble Beach (.5 miles) is definitely worth it! Just a lovely beach to spend some time on. We will definitely come back to this area in the future!

I stayed here for my alumni weekend with 5 friends. The house was super spacious and accommodating for us all! It was also super close to downtown Providence. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. We have already discussed coming back here in the summer!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Elena was extremely responsive and helpful, we visited for business and our plans changed and she helped us very easily extend our stay and change dates. She was ultra-quick to communicate. The home is excellent, we can't thank her enough and if we return to the area we would stay again.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

We originally planned this trip to visit Newport as we have never been. When looking for an Air B&B, Cristyn's listing popped up, and it was love at first sight for me. We come from a beach town, but I've always dreamed of living in the country. Her log-cabin style home set on 52 acres with horses and highland cows are a dream. It rained for most of our stay, but it didn't even matter. Waking up each day to see the horses from the bedroom would have been enough. The property is massive and well kept. The highland cows greeted us upon arrival. To see these gorgeous animals walk towards us as we got out of our car was such a special treat. We enjoyed feeding them and just watching them, honestly. My son was partial to the horses, and I fell in love with Parm. We thoroughly enjoyed the slower pace of things here and the views. The house is gorgeous and cozy. i cried when it was time to leave - a beautiful slice of heaven!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

The house was very clean, had lots of space, and all amenities available. Everything in the home was well thought of and cared for. We would absolutely choose this home again! We had a great weekend and we were very comfortable. Loved that there were two living rooms!

This was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is amazing, walkable to everything. The hosts were so responsive. Literally would respond within 2 minutes of texting. They had a pack n play and high chair ready for us in the apartment when we got there. They also let us check in a bit early so that our baby could take her afternoon nap on time. They gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our time at the Kingston Cottage. Jackie was a wonderful host. The cottage was the perfect homebase to reconnect with friends and family in Rhode Island. Its location made it easy for us to get to and from the airport, Providence, Newport, and the ocean. We loved using the complimentary beach passes Jackie left for us. And even though it rained a lot during our vacation, there were still plenty of things to do at the cottage, like games and puzzles, and indoors around Kingston that made our trip worthwhile. The cottage's space was great for kids and entertaining relatives who stopped by to say hello. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience in Rhode Island. She was very accommodating when our plane was delayed and we arrived at the cottage at 2 in the morning. And when my kids left one of their favorite stuffed animals, she graciously mailed it back to us. We had such a good time at Kingston Cottage and hope to stay there again.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting Heather and Bill’s beautiful home in Mystic, Connecticut. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and offers an incredible amount of natural light. The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly designed for comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials; making it easy to prepare meals. The living areas are cozy and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. Although in April it was cold, we also enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the large backyard offered a great space. Location-wise, you can’t beat it! It’s just a short drive to downtown Mystic, where we explored the charming shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We also loved being close to Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this home!

Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

My family and I loved the home on the lake! It was very clean, well decorated and had plenty of space for all of us. Daniela was an amazing host, she was always available for any questions and gave us a lot of tips about the local spots. We had everything we needed as the property was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beauty of this property and lake!

Our recent stay at The Magnolia House in Mystic, CT, was delightful. The home comfortably accommodated our group of five adults and one infant. Its location provided easy access to Mystic's attractions, making our visit convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend The Magnolia House to anyone visiting the area!
