Truly unforgettable stay! From breathtaking ocean views to lush surroundings, every moment was enchanting. Each morning, we were greeted by charming horses nearby, adding to the serene atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring, whether venturing across the island or enjoying local snorkeling and paddleboarding. Despite its off-the-grid feel, it’s close to excellent restaurants and cafes, offering a perfect blend of peace and convenience. Morning walks through the coffee farm to the gift shop were a delightful highlight, surrounded by coffee plants and avocado trees. The home was comfortable with stunning views, and Kelly, an amazing host, made us feel immediately at home with her attentive and caring nature. As my son and I are audhd, Kelly's place provided a relaxing escape from overwhelming hotel environments, combining home comfort with luxury. Her thoughtful communication ensured our stay was magical. . We can’t wait to return! 🌺❤️

Beautiful place! Great location. All the amenities you could need inside: shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, silverware/plates. Also all you could need for the beach including beach towels, umbrella, chairs, and a cooler. Perfect for a long stay. No AC but it cools down at night and we didn't mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stay. We were a family of 4 with plenty of space to stretch out comfortably along with an excellent, well stocked kitchen that opened to a wide open den with amazing views of the ocean. Very central location that was easy from an exploring/activities standpoint. Pool was nice to have access to and great for ambiance. It was more for quick dips than lounging due to temp (not much of a difference with heating it in early March). Den opened to pool deck with great views. Master bath was dated as others have noted, but not an issue for us. No issues with not having AC in early March. There was a rental unit on premises with a single individual who came and went without bothering us, could be an issue for some. Made us think twice about leaving the kids home alone. We would definitely stay here again. Great for groups of 4-6 who like independence and value space.

We really enjoyed staying at Jane’s cottage and would be happy to return there on a future visit. We loved the cottage’s location on a beautiful tropical garden site, which provided a tranquil, quiet respite from the touristy beach scenes at each end of the day. All of the cottage’s living spaces are spacious, including the large covered deck/lanai. Jane was easy to communicate with at all stages and always responded promptly. The host’s house book included a great set of recommendations for different types of activities — describing their top 3 favorites for hikes, beaches, restaurants, special excursions, etc. — all of which enabled us to have a really terrific stay on the big island. The place was truly magical. Lisa's home surpassed everything we hoped for when using an AirBnB. we highly recommend Lisa's place and will gladly tell everyone about her place.

We loved the location of the house. It was central to everything we needed on the Kona side of the island and the elevation made it cooler. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. We appreciated all of the appliances and amenities in the kitchen as well. And the property is great with the beautiful flowers and trees of all kinds! Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay! There were 6 adults with 2 little ones (1.5 and 3.5 years). The home was roomy and bigger than the pictured. We all were amazed at the home and ocean views. The kids had plenty of room to play. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beach toys were put to good use. The hot tub got used once. There was parking for 3 cars. All in all, the home worked out so well, I would rent it again!

This place was great. Awesome views, perfectly clean, and the host was more than accommodating with you little guy going out if their way to make sure they had high chairs, pack and plays and everything we needed. they were great. highly recommend. thank you
