This is actually our 2nd time staying here! We love it so much, the views, the hosts, the location, it's all wonderful. Jaclyn and Warren are super responsive hosts and we were able to arrange a late check out with them which was great! Thank you so much guys I am sure we will be back again soon.

This was my second time staying with Jaclyn and Warren, it’s so peaceful and simplistic-absolutely love it!

The views are phenomenal, the property is an attraction in and of itself. Some of the best views we have ever seen. We were floored when we arrived at the property; the pictures do not do this place enough justice. You are essentially on top of a private mountain with full 360 views of the mountain ranges, valleys, fjords, rivers etc. We love interacting with the sheep and learning more about the farm. Our hosts were so nice and welcoming. There were so many amenities provided at the property. In the evening you can see the entire Milky Way, and take an outdoor bath with views of the sunrise over the mountains. If you want a secluded piece of paradise this is the place. We cannot wait to come back.

Very pleasant accommodation with stunning views and beautiful surroundings in the heart of the countryside, overlooking the lake and mountains. The place has a charming rustic style but remains very comfortable. The shared toilets are spacious and clean. Jaclyne is very responsive and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the outdoor bath at sunset—an amazing experience with a breathtaking view. A truly special and relaxing moment. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay and genuinely enjoyed every moment! This place is a perfect gateway to experience New Zealand’s breathtaking nature. The cozy wood stove kept us warm during the evenings, though it did get chilly by morning—something to keep in mind if you prefer warmer nights. Despite the cold, our overall experience was incredible. Warren’s outdoor baths were amazing, and the sunrise views were unforgettable. Even with the limited electricity (just in the bathrooms), everything worked out perfectly. Warren was extremely accommodating, even allowing us to do our laundry, which was great! Only 10 minutes away from Doubtful Sound, we highly recommend this spot. Despite the chilly nights, it’s definitely a 5-star experience—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Even better than we expected! The place is in a peaceful location right by the lake — such a fantastic spot with great taste in design and decor. Everything was well-maintained, and the team was professional and attentive. Staying here was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

My stay at the carriage was absolutely incredible ! It was the perfect place to reset and relax. The accommodation was cozy and extraordinary. Every time I felt welcome. The perfect little paradise at almost the end of my travels. The hosts were simply wonderful and if I would have the chance to be in queenstown again I’d love to stay there another time.

We LOVED our stay!! The only down side is we wish we’d booked for longer. This is a really cool and cozy Airbnb. Beautifully designed and decorated. Very thought out with helpful labels on all light switches. Our favourite things about our stay were the swim-able bath tub and the disco light feature! The location is quiet and peaceful. Nate offered up some great recommendations too. Lastly, shout out to Billie and Kai. The friendlies, most adorable, cuddliest dogs we’ve ever met!! Looking forward to staying again in the future. Don’t change a thing! Xx

Loved staying at the cottage! We wished we could have stayed a week or more. It feels very private with lovely views. It was small but perfect for two people. Walkable to local restaurants. There is lots to do if you enjoy hiking & the outdoors. We took advantage of clear weather to enjoy the gorgeous stars & dark skies.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL little home! We loved every minute of our stay - Sally was super accommodating, and provided all the instructions you would need to enjoy your stay. The tiny home had all the amenities you would need, including an outdoor fire pit, bbq, outdoor bath. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils including pots/pans/air fryer even! Snacks and breakfast items also provided!! (including tea/coffee/sugar etc) Located less than 10 minutes from Wānaka centre, it is very convenient. Every detail has been well thought out; we did not want to leave!

We loved our stay as it had 5 separate family bedrooms with showers and a large kitchen and family room with a piano. This created a great mix of both private and shared spaces for our extended family and children. The house was reminiscent of a tramping hut with a long porch to relax on and was basic whilst having all we needed. This created a real holiday feel. We loved that it was so walking/biking distance to the lake and walking and cycling trails. All the family would be happy to go back and a great time was had by all.

Wins place is clean and quiet with a stunning view of the lake. Perfect place to stay if you drive. The location is also close to a bus stop that takes 10-15 min to the centre of the city.

We had a ball. Kerri was great with instructions and was on hand immediately to help. We didn’t meet her legend husband he was over at the pub… lad! We heard them singing in the pub and wanted to join but it was so dark we were wondering if we would be okay getting there. We woke up early for sunrise and it was so refreshing to go out and see the beauty surrounding the cabin shack lodge. We would return and we recommend and next time we’ll check out the holy pub.

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

A tiny house that feels so grand The attention to detail in this house is just beautiful. It’s very generous. A lovely monochrome pallet nestled in so many mountains. It doesn’t feel real. Comfy bed and couch, wonderful kitchen and the best part is a lovely outdoor setting to watch the world go by with a glass of world class wine Very close to Queenstown but doesn’t feel like it. 5 mins to Arrowtown and you can see the ski field at Coronet Peak from the outdoor setting. Great mountain biking and hiking nearby. It doesn’t get much better than this .

Great relaxing accommodation in the centre of beautiful Wānaka

Cute cottage and everything you need for a great stay, bus stop right by to save the hill walk back from CBD which is a 25 min walk or so with the views in front of you the whole way - very clean and excellent shower.

We had a fantastic two night stay. The accomodation is fabulous with lots of personal touches and the garden and surrounding area absolutely stunning. We envy other guests that managed to stay for much longer. We would love to stay again. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Clean, tidy and spacious home in a private neighbourhood. Would highly recommend 😊

The house was very nice and comfortable. The large kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and condiments and would be perfect for a large group. There were baby chairs and picture books available and the bedrooms were very spacious and relaxing. I would rent again!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux nuits chez Vida! À proximité de tout et dans un secteur tranquille au pied du Mount Iron. Tout était parfait! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Great little place close to everything in town. Small but great use of the space. Excellent bathroom & a comfy bed. Excellent value!
