We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

We had an amazing stay at Nayeli’s Airbnb! Our group took advantage of the pool and the backyard putting green – it was exactly what we wanted. The space was beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed hanging out while we had free time. Nayeli was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip amazing, and we’d definitely be back again!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

This place was perfect for our family and friends. The house was clean and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Had a great stay - lovely outdoor space and pool and fun things to do. Close to good walking trails, golf, spring training and restaurants. Everything in good working order and no troubles at all. Would stay again.

Good Life’s home was clean, in a perfect location, and made it extremely easy check in and out! The house was exactly as pictured. The beads were very nice! So many places we have stayed have horrible cheap beds that make sleeping impossible! No these! The beds were fi But soft and the pillows were very nice! We had an easy trip. I would recommend booking this property

This was a great find for our family on spring break. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and the backyard was a hit! The home office space was very helpful, beds were extremely comfortable, delicious citrus trees in the yard - we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

My family and I loved staying here! Kara is an amazing host, 5 stars hands down!!! She is so responsive and the home was so cozy. There were all the essentials in the home with items available in case you forgot something at home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!

Stephen's place was perfect. Wake up, make coffee, relax on the patio by the pool and enjoy my morning. Make some snacks, have fun in the sun, chill in the shade of the covered patio and enjoy a beverage listening to my playlist on the sonos sound system. Clean up and head out to enjoy a Scottsdale evening. Come back and relax in the hot tub. Repeat. That is a Scottsdale vacation and this place was ideal. Thank you, Stephen for being a great host!

Place is fantastic. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Home is super clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. We swam every day. The home is well stocked (one caveat there is no seasonings so if you plan on cooking throw some in a bag for yourself). Great value and Cathy is super responsive/helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The house is roomy with nice common areas in the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen had plenty of dishes - coffee cups and utensils. The back yard has nice pool chairs and lounges.

Really great hosts and place to stay at. Very comfy and hosts are very accommodating and had really clear communication. Really worth experience.

Location in North Scottsdale was great! Pictures and descriptions all matched which was great. House was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Very close to Kierland Commons shopping and restaurants which was perfect. Owner was very responsive on questions. Only call out was there is a lot of airport noise from the small commercial airport there in Scottsdale. We got used to it quickly and rarely heard much inside. Just was noisy when enjoying the backyard.

The property is very nice l, modern and cozy with beautiful backyard and a pool. The house was sparkling clean and smelled good. The best feature was the huge and extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom. This find was a gem for sure. We did had a very small issue with some supplies and the host resolved it in no time. I would 100% stay there again and highly recommend to others.

Great location & has everything you could possibly need. I try to come out for spring training every year & will look here first.

We loved our relaxing stay at Calin's place! It is right next to South Mountain Park, which has great trails and views. The place is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We especially loved the backyard patio and jacuzzi, along with the hummingbirds and quail. My mom loves birds and she had so much fun hearing the birdsong and seeing new types of birds. Calin is very helpful and responsive and we highly recommend this stay and would love to return the next time we're in Phoenix! The location and amenities can't be beat.

Enjoyed our stay and had a fun golf trip. Great place for a group. Mark was a great host and made checking in and out really easy.

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

We really like Bryan’s place. Nice house (all remodeled and nicely decorated), great pool area, sparkling clean, close to downtown which was convenient to us. I would definitively recommend !

We spent a month here and didn't want to leave! The property feels like home. The house is spacious, the bed and linens were great, the neighborhood is very secluded and quiet. Lots of amenities that are not always provided in a rental - dish soap and laundry detergent, spices, cooking oils, paper goods, and coffee pods - just to name a few. The outside space is as nice as the inside. There's a gas grill, the pool is heated and there is plenty of seating. Only half of the hot tub could be used or uncovered due to needing a repair, but for 2 people it didn't matter to us. The owner was very responsive to the few questions or requests that we made during our stay. Her pool "guy", Sean was very helpful as well. This property is more expensive than some others in the area, but for us it was well worth it. We couldn't ask for more!!
