The home is as lovely as it appears in the photos. We really enjoyed the backyard pool and putting green. The ping pong table was an added bonus but we never got around to playing. The inside is very comfortable and set up in a way that allows for privacy even with a group.

We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our family of seven was in town for spring break and this was our home base. We made several meals in the house and spent a good amount of time swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Location was great and the home was spotless and wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

This was by far one of the most phenomenal places I’ve ever stayed. From the privacy surrounding the property, to the decor, to the amenities- this place is top notch. It was the absolute perfect amount of space for our group of 7 & the mother in law quarters in the backyard was just as phenomenal. The homeowners provided plenty of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, etc. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We were here over Spring Break fora baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our family of 6. . We opted to pay for the pool heating, which was definitely a must. It was worth every penny because the kids really enjoyed it. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers and every kitchen appliance/utensil you could think of. The beds were perfect for us and everything was very clean. Scott was a top-notch host and his communication was amazing. We will definitely be back next year if the house is available. I was shocked that we were able to get this reservation, as anything even half as nice was booked. Very happy with our stay.

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

I cannot recommend this place enough! We did a long term rental, and we were right at home here in Ramiro and Natalie’s place! It was so well stocked with everything we needed - linens, spices, toiletries, etc. The home is absolutely gorgeous and quite clean. Though the pool was too cold for anything other than a cold plunge (we stayed in the winter), it was the perfect area for hanging out in. The location is quite ideal - 5 minutes from all the shops you could want yet still peaceful and quiet. We are already talking about when we can come back to stay in the same place. Excellent place in a beautiful community with great amenities. Bethany was a responsive host. Place was clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended for other guests!

Everything was as described and pictures. Place was great for us to relax after busy days and was centrally located with lots of food options nearby

Shaun was amazing. The place was located near anything you could want. The neighbors are there every winter to April 1st are literally amazing. The shared patio and private balcony are lovely. Hope I get to stay again!

Michelle’s condo is located in the heart of Scottsdale. It was close to the Fashion Center Mall, Old Town and Scottsdale Stadium. I stayed five nights during SF Giants Spring Training. The condo is well equipped for dining at home, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were especially comfortable. The condo is in a large complex but very quiet. I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this condo to family and friends visiting Scottsdale.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic for us. Very spacious, had all facilities that we wanted, was really clean and welcoming. Comms with the host was top class, directions were easy and the apartment block is super retro cool with the 50s vibe. Although the apartment is very modern and up to date. We didn’t use the TV when we were there but one in living room and one in bedroom both good size and has access to Netflix, etc. The pool was a welcome relief with the unusual heat bomb we had when there and we enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine at the end of a tough day exploring the local area. Would highly recommend!

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

John’s place was great and was perfect for a weekend getaway in the sun. The location was great, in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, etc., and in a nice quite neighborhood. The backyard is incredible and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and yard games. The beds were comfy and the home is nicely decorated. We especially appreciated that there was a pack-n-play at the house which was one less thing to worry about traveling with our toddler. The beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed! John was very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend John's place, we had the best time!

This was our third stay at one of Jonthan's properties. It was as fantastic as our previous stays. The pool was perfect for our 3 youngs kids and having the spa/hot tub was a great plus. Having a pack n Play on site and other kid friendly items was super helpful. Jonthan is always super responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

The house was recently updated with a very homey and comfortable vibe. The outside space was a great place to relax; the pool was a warm and welcome retreat at the end of the day. Kitchen was very well stocked and the house was spotless. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alessandro and Jayson’s home. The home is exceptionally clean and has everything you could need. Their yard is truly an outdoor paradise and the pool/patio are great amenities. We spent a lot of time out and about but definitely loved having the backyard option for downtime! Their home is incredible. I highly recommend this room for those comfortable with shared spaces!

Loved our stay at Bryan’s place. Perfect for our family of four. Well stocked chef’s kitchen, beautiful pool and unbelievable shower in master. Highly recommend.

Roseanne's place is a spacious, beautiful home. 4B 3ba. So many sitting areas inside and out, wonderful big kitchen table and a nook! Nice to have spices, basic kitchen ingredients and supplies (foil, DW soap, spices, olive oil) in the house. Really easy to get in and out with key lockbox, which was good for our group. We would have enjoyed the amazing pool but it was just too cold outside (37° at night, 55° daytime) to be able to warm the pool enough to swim. I'd like to come back in different weather! Roseanne was really responsive to our questions, left us a personal note. We'd love to return when we're in Scottsdale again!

This was an overall fantastic place to stay with a very friendly and communicative host. The spot was even better in person than it looked in photos. Tons of space and everything was clean and as described. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.
