This was our second time at this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back. It’s very well located, and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped, the mattress is quite comfortable, and there are towels available. We truly recommend it!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus von Brigitte. Eine sehr liebevolle Einrichtung, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt und alles ist grosszügig vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Community mit gut geheiztem Pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Place was Clean and comfy. Had a nice view of the beach and Short walk to the beach. Nice an helpful host What more can you ask for? .

Great central location! Everything one could need for a trip to the beach, bikes, tennis clubs, cooler, beach chairs!! Very thoughtfully furnished space.. (though, beware the Queen beds are a bit hard).. Overall, I’d stay again in a heartbeat..

My wife and 2 teen daughters absolutely love our stay. We loved the location and our morning walks and bike rides in the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We all loved the pool and the solar heat kept it warm. We really loved that the house had amenities like shampoo and spices provided which is so nice not to have to buy all of that and most places we have stayed don’t include those. We definitely plan on returning!

Location and accomodations were exactly as described by hosts. Peaceful and private, this villa is a true hidden gem in beautiful Naples. Easy drive to the beach and other distinct but equally amazing destinations, such as the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our 5 night Spring Break stay. The hosts' notable care and responsiveness stood second to none and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again Ailyn and William. You guys made an impression and we are looking forward to booking your place again in the future.

Wonderful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious, with comfortable beds and couches throughout. Lots of games and toys for kids, including the ping pong table and equipment. Tons of closet space and drawer/cabinet spaces for storage. Lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Backyard and pool area very nice, with peaceful view of lake behind the house. Relaxing pool and lounge outdoor lounge area. Great wifi and lots of outlets everywhere. Great communication with hosts throughout. We would love to come back to this home.

This house was very nice and fit my group! The only thing that was not told was that we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. Besides that it was great!

this airbnb was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The kayaks were wonderful in the canal. The pool and hottub were fantastic. The number of sitting places were incredible. absolutely lovely home!

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

The house and pool where amazing Beautifully furnished, fantastic bathroom and shower. The southern exposeure provided lots of sun during the day perfect laying around the pool I couldn’t have been happier with the house

Great place to stay! It was a beautiful home with so much to do. We had a blast fishing! The spa and pool were very relaxing.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

We had a great time! The airbnb was spacious, clean and very nice. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool and drinking our coffee in the morning. The pool and spa were very relaxing also. Paul was a very responsive and accommodating host. He even purchased a pack and play for our infant to sleep in. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walks. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store.

The house was amazing perfect for a family of four everyone had an amazing time and would come again !!!

We stayed for the full month of February. The house was as described. We enjoyed the heated pool. There were lots of pool and beach accessories. The mattresses were comfortable. Easy access to Vanderbilt Beach and the shops and restaurants of the Mercato. Simona was a pleasant and responsive host.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

Beautiful home and pool. We heated the pool, and the temperature was consistently warm. We enjoyed the nearby playground and pickleball courts in the gated community. Disappointed there were no bikes during our stay. Check with the owner if this is important to you. Also, pool floats were torn or did not maintain air, except baby float was good. I left two noodle floats for future guest. The house was well supplied with beach chairs and cart. Great location central to everything. Downtown was a 10 minute drive. Fabulous restaurants. There are lovely walking trails nearby, or can walk within the community. Publix and Walgreens also 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the Naples Botanic Gardens. Overall great stay.

This house is great, spacious, all the beds are large, everything was clean, and the pool area is large. The beach is close by. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it and would stay there when I come to Naples again.

Mariana’s house is beautifully decorated, everything that one’s needs to feel home is provided. There are 3 coffee makers! The living room has a lot of games and books, plenty of throw blankets and pillows. We, loved the pool and the pond area. We played pickleball every day- there are two pickle courts, a tennis court, playground, beach volleyball and basketball. Mariana has all sort of balls and two tennis racquets, to accommodate for sport enthusiasts. I recommend bringing your own pickle paddles. We left a bunch of pickleballs. We didn’t go to the beach so we didn’t use any of the provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers and etc. but Mariana has them available. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, we barely saw anyone and had not heard any noise whatsoever. Mariana is a great host, she responded to all of our questions within 10 minutes, but mostly within 2-3. Mariana, went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had an amazing time.

First of all, the host was very attentive. He answered my texts right away and told me several times that he was available any time we had a question. The house was SUPER CLEAN and to us that was very important. The views!!!! we had breakfast looking at nature all around us!!! Very peaceful area, supermarket 5 minutes away, The pool right outside our kitchen....what else can I say? Paradise. We didn't want to leave! The towels and sheets super clean, washer and dryer super modern, all appliances were new . We absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we are coming back!

If you are looking for a place in Naples, look no further. This is the place you are searching for. When we walked into the house, it took our breath away! The home was spotless, organized, and more beautful than we imagined. The decorating is perfection. More than once, we said, “where do you think she bought this?” The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The cabinets are labeled so you know if you are looking in the right place. There was a high chair and playpen, and sand toys for the little ones. Beach chairs, sun umbrella, and sand wagon. Danielle has thought of everything! The house is close to Publix (great bakery) and really wonderful restaurants (Hogfish Harry’s and Mr Big Fish were two of our favorites.) One morning we took the bikes (yes, there are bikes) for a spin. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents were VERY friendly! As for our hostess, she was wonderful. She was responsive and kind in her responses. Our only regret..we should have stayed 2 weeks!
