Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

It was a great stay! Host was very helpful and responded promptly to queries. They also let us extend check out time by 2 hrs which was really nice. The home is located close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. *One suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the upstairs main bedroom as it’s a little inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

Excellent stay. Well equipped, responsive hosts, so comfortable. Loved the pool area, kitchen and dining area, master bed and bath - excellent. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great backyard pool area surrounded by palm trees. Great location in quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to the beach and 5th avenue shopping. If you like a good craft brew, visit Ankrolab right down the street. Chistopher was responsive with communications. We would recommend this property.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

My family and I had a wonderful spring break vacation at Rob’s home in Bonita Springs. My husband and I have three kids (ages 10, 7 and 4) and the house was perfect for their ages. There were enough bedrooms for each of us with a wonderful, spacious, safe layout. A large kitchen with a separate dining room and living room attached for a nice open floor plan. The pool was the perfect size and private/clean. Plenty of outdoor seating options in the sun and the shade. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and very close to Bonita beach. A very clean home that seemed recently updated with all amenities. Overall, a great home! I would gladly stay here again.

My husband and two adult daughters spent 10 nights at this home and had a fabulous experience! Jennifer was great with her communication! The home is adorable- very well done and the backyard is beautifully landscaped- we really enjoyed the outdoor space! Beaches are very close by and some outstanding dinners were enjoyed at the local restaurants in Bonita and Naples! Highly recommend if you want a peaceful beautiful experience! We will be back👍🏼

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

This is a very nice home and extremely clean and neat inside and out. It appears it was completely renovated with a new kitchen, appliances and baths. The host, Ivanna, was great to work with- very quick to respond and included some nice extras to make us feel welcomed. The fenced in yard was wonderful and worked perfect for our dog, and they even had a set of dog dishes set up for us to use. The house is centrally located so we were close to our favorite restaurants and shopping. It has a very nice/large screened in porch in the back next to the pool which we really enjoyed and is where we spent most of our time. The pool appeared to be new and was very nice and very warm, but it is on the smaller side compared to other places we have rented. The only thing that I could say that was a little disappointing was the size of the kitchen/living room/dining area. It’s quite small, but that’s not anything they can do anything about and it would not be a show stopper from renting it again

Lovely place in a gorgeous area. House was well equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. It was only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and very close to our excursions and great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

House was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. Our family had a very relaxing vacation enjoying all the house’s amenities, especially the pool and the bikes. Space was very clean and well equipped to meet our needs.

Great location, comfortable beds. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to everything by car. Looking forward to coming back and booking again.

Super cute place, tastefully decorated, pool was warm and plenty of pool towels. We were pleased to have the option to pay a little more for late check out so we didn't have to sit at the airport for two extra hours. I was able to jog down to the beach and do part of my morning run on the beach which was lovely.
