THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Toby was an excellent host starting with the booking process until the end of our stay. The place was exactly as described and the Toby has taken a lot of time to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Very thoughtful touches all throughout. Probably the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in, rivaling a high end hotel. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a condo for your stay in Scottsdale!

great value very clean

Jennifer made everything easy. We were pleased with the condo. The environment was very quiet and the pool area was secure and quiet. It was a peaceful few days. Jennifer made her self available and checked in on us regarding the check in process and to let us know she is available should we need to contact her. I appreciated her messages.

Lonnie was very responsive and answered questions completely. Quickly helped us out when checking in later than expected. Condo was comfortable and convenient to all we needed to see. Thanks!

Great location for going to spring training games and convenient to all the stores one needs. Awesome deck/patio area. Comfy bed.

Stephanie’s place was perfect for me- I was in town for a conference nearby and like to bring my own lunch, make my own dinner, etc and Stephanie’s very well-stocked kitchen helped me do that. I really appreciated the “extra touches” - Stephanie left notes for things and how they work and you can really tell she’s put a lot of effort into running a seamless Air BnB.

Came to Phoenix for a golf tournament at Papago GC and this was a great location. It was easy to get to tons of restaurants, but yet very quite once we were in for the evening. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only cooked breakfast there, but everything we needed was available. We could have used a few more towels because there were three of us, but I failed to ask ahead of time. I am sure if we'd made the request they would have been happy to provide them. There was a parking spot for our unit that was clearly marked and the parking area and entrance to the four units was clean and very safe as well. I did contact John on the day we departed about the reusable water bottles we had accidentally left in the refrigerator. He responded immediately and offered to leave them in a locked storage unit to pick up after the golf tournament ended. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at Alexandra's, and it was amazing. Quiet well kept complex close to the heart of the action in Scottsdale. Felt very at home in the condo. Comfortable, relaxing and spacious.

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

We had a great stay at Tiffany's. It was a convenient location, quiet and easy to get to Old Town and Fashion Square. She also had a well-stocked kitchen which would be handy for a longer stay.

Prior to arrival I texted Erin & Elise to ask questions as we had been burned w/false advertisement w/a prior Air bnb. We were so happy to see the place was sparkling clean, had all amenities as advertised, unit smelled AND looked clean ( bedding was comfy and smelled wonderful)! Pros: location; walkable to restaurants and downtown, info on things to do/see BICYCLEs!!!! We went everywhere on them! Walking/running/biking paths out the door Quiet, small community Lovely pool and hot tub Gated Cleaning products abound Cons: curtains in guest bedroom as porch light(s) at night are bright, No Keurig as advertised Blanket on master bed, only on guest bed No snacks as advertised Sharp knives would be a plus We would loved to have extended our stay but unfortunately it was booked. I would definitely return and recommend Erin and Elise’s rental! They truly are the definition of a ‘super host’ and live up to what they advertise, a real professional property management company.

Wonderful host. Very responsive. Nice little aminities, such as candies, and condiments in ice box; even a beer and bottle of wine. Great upscale neighborhood, very quiet, and seemed safe to walk. Pet friendly - lots of dogs in the area. This was my first stay at an AirB&B, so I was not certain what to expect, but this was fantastic. If you have business in the Scottsdale area, I highly recommend this facility. Perfect for one or two people; more than that it my get a little crowded.

You get a message from Jay several days before your visit with detailed and clear instructions on how to find and get into the unit, and other very useful information. The area and the unit are very safe, and it is very quiet -- no noise at all at night. The unit is spotless. There is a full kitchen, including a coffee maker, with filters and coffee provided. Jay quickly responds to any questions. The unit has a small back patio -- it was absolutely perfect to sit out there, listening to the birds, while having coffee in the morning, or wine in the evening. The unit is an absolute delight, and Jay is an excellent host.

It was great to be so close to Sloan Park! My sister and I had a great time going to the Cubs game and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you Cali!

Kim's place is centrally located to most Phoenix attractions, some of which are within walking distance, such as Papago Park. I stayed for just under 2 weeks and it was nice to have most items provided such as toiletries, cutlery, teas, etc. The condo also has A/C or heating which works well if that means something to you. I got the impression that Kim is passionate and professional about hosting. She was responsive which made the stay comfortable, I'd recommend her property and would stay there again. This is a great find!

Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Close to the freeway which made getting around super easy. Condo was clean and just right for me. Lots of thoughtful extras like soap and shampoo and a candle on the patio table that comes on each night.

This was in a very convenient location to Old Town - about 1 mile. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The community pool was very clean and well-maintained but there are a lot of rules to follow! The place was well-equipped with a nice coffee maker, coffee, toilet paper, shower essentials and more. We wish the patio got sun, but it was great otherwise!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

Great stay at this Condo for Spring Training! Close to Restaurants, Groceries and Sports Bars. Easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium. Very responsive host. Smart TV. Extra comfy King bed. Good supplies/amenities in bathroom and kitchen. Met lots of fun travelers at the Hot Tub.

Michelle’s condo is located in the heart of Scottsdale. It was close to the Fashion Center Mall, Old Town and Scottsdale Stadium. I stayed five nights during SF Giants Spring Training. The condo is well equipped for dining at home, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were especially comfortable. The condo is in a large complex but very quiet. I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this condo to family and friends visiting Scottsdale.

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.
