The host was very easy to communicate and answered questions promptly! Check in was super easy and the place was very cozy. We had a baseball tournament in Corpus and this place was very conveniently located near a lot, within 15 miles of the ballparks we played at. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's Coral Cay condo. It was nicely apportioned and very comfortable for our party of 5. We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the large kitchen table and spacious, comfortable living room seating. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our off-season stay. Easy to find complex in an easy location, relatively close to the beach. Home was as described. Sleeper couch was uncomfortable to sit on but the 2nd couch was good. Bed was great and the place is spacious for 2. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!

Tracy’s place was very nice with newer appliances and very nice furniture. We just wish the weather had been better while we were down there. We would have liked more sunshine for the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Ryan’s place! It was perfect for my family of 4. I have two toddlers and they had so much fun at the amazing kid friendly pool! The beach was only a minute away by car we definitely could’ve walked there if we needed to. I appreciated that there was a tv in every room and fresh clean sheets and pillows. Ryan even gave us the option to check in early if we wanted to since the unit was ready and we really appreciated the offer. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town! Thank you, Ryan!

The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

Beautiful, well kept place. Lots of space with great furniture and thoughtfully provided supplies. Great beach access with convenient access. Night time on the 3rd floor balcony with the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. Kitchen is phenomenal. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Deanna’s place was very quaint. Perfect for a family of 4. Very well decorated and clean, centrally located to restaurants. In walking distance to breakfast places. Otherwise, all the beds in the home are very very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Jessa’s condo is amazing! It was so clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. It has amazing views of the dunes and the ocean and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach between marker 2 and 3. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. However, I never slept in because the sunrises from the balcony were too spectacular to miss. The complex is pristine, quiet, well maintained, and situated on a beautiful, sprawling piece of property. We felt very safe here. Jessa was a wonderful host and so quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved staying at Debi’s place, perfect location to the beach and a really nice renovated condo! Loved the comfortable bed and couch! Kitchen was perfect as well with all amenities you could need! Also Debi was a great host, very understanding and responsive!

This condo is a gem and Steven is an exceptional host. There are a lot of positive elements, to name just a few: - nicely mantained and fully furnished condo. - the very few times we had issues Steven responded quickly and resolved the issues. - 400 steps to the beach. - lower level end unit, open and airy. - nice, clean, well maintained pool. - great picnic/barbacue area with two gas grills. - it's on a beautiful quiet and relaxing area. - specially enjoyed the Barefoot Mardi Gras beach parade. Thank you Steven for making our vacation memorable.
