Lovely unit in great location. Close to the main Venice beach and downtown area in Venice. The unit is clean, bright, and equipped with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout process. Thank you so much for a great stay!

A cute studio very well updated and appointed with handy toiletries in case of need (toothbrushes, band aids, lotion and other essentials). Very close access to beach and all the things necessary including a big umbrella for shade! Nice folks there and easy walking to several great restaurants. Pool was smaller than the photos appeared but very clean and busy with guests every day.

Literally steps from the sand, you cannot beat the location. Spotlessly clean with a spacious living area and comfy bedroom, it felt like a true home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen let us cook some meals, saving money. Close drive to Venice shops and restaurants for exploring and great food. Having linens, beach towels, and a beach umbrella provided was convenient! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun beach vacation. 🏖️☀️ Can't wait to return!

first and foremost, let me say that Te' is a wonderful person. My wife and I enjoyed staying at Te's. We felt right at home. she was extremely accommodating to any of our needs. The place is within 3 minute walking distance to Dearborn Street which has coffee shops, boutiques, breakfast and lunch places. a nice wine bar and an excellent blues club. every evening if you don't feel like watching the sunset at manasota beach which is only a 15-minute ride, you had the option to walk to the end of Dearborn Street and watch the sunset over the bay there. Te's place is centrally located and is convenient to everything in the area. we will be staying at Te's again the next time we are in Englewood.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

This is a cute little condo that is in a GREAT location! Just a block up from the beach and downtown Venice is a nice walk which we did every evening for dinner. There is a courtyard where we sat with our coffee in the morning and met other people that were staying there. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend this unit to experience Venice Beach and downtown.

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

Tyka’s place was absolutely perfect! It is like your own little slice of paradise. She had so many special little touches throughout the place that made our stay so amazing. And after a long day of beaching it, we came back to the house and had a relaxing evening in the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at The Sand Dollar Beach House! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal, just a very short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants with live music and good food. The only time we needed to drive was for a quick grocery run! Chris and Kalyn were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool, the balcony, and the well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely loved everything about staying here. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly and the house was the perfect size for us. Christopher was very concerned about making sure we had what we needed in such a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if he will have us.

Dana was an awesome host! Pool was not heating correctly and she had someone out that next morning. Live the location and house was great and had everything we needed for a thanksgiving meal kitchen wise. Only downfall would be that the bathtubs do not work or the plug doesn’t keep the water. Which made it not easy to bathe a baby. Thinking there was two bathtubs :/ overall great stay! Especially after two hurricanes that devistated that island, I would book again in the future in hopes things are better cleaned up and things start working properly.

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay! This place is so much better than pictures! The location is perfect, no streets to cross to get to the beach. The condo was brand new inside and beautifully decorated. The amenities were fantastic. Walking distance to yummy food and live music. The pool across the street is great for the kids as well. I would definitely stay here again!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
