We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Venice Towers. The residents are extremely friendly and the staff is very helpful. The facility is quiet and clean and we will definitely be returning for another visit in the future. Thank you

We stayed for a month and loved it. We can't say enough about Jennifer...she was always very helpful and responsive. The water filter in the fridge required replacing part way though our stay and she had one delivered the next day. All other communications were responded to very quickly. The place was like new with a well equipped Kitchen. The bikes were a great bonus and got put to good use. Lots of wildlife when looking out the back lanai. Satellite pool a 5 min walk from the condo and never had an issue finding a lounge. They also have the larger pool about a mile away that has more activity. Lots more amenities available within the complex We would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay. The property was amazing and Chuck designed everything to make the stay easy. The place was new and clean and even better than the description. We highly recommend this rental. If you like tennis, the courts were very nice.

Anna's place is located in a nice condo complex with a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a 1/2 basketball court. The grounds/landscaping at the complex need some serious attention though. Anna's place is located near Gasparilla Island and is convenient to many good local restaurants. It's a wonderful place to disconnect from the world and recharge. Enjoy.

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

Mark was very good answering any questions or concerns we had with the condo. He put in a new wayer filter for us and told us a bit about the family history of the condo. It was a very fun and relaxing stay!

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Highly recommend- beautiful community, nice people, pool nearby. Lots to do in and out of the community. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Susan was helpful and quick to respond with everything. Wish we could stay longer!

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I have been coming to Boca Grande for over 25 years, and it’s always felt like a second home to me. After my grandparents sold their home here, we no longer had a place of our own when we visited. Thankfully, this rental helped us recreate some of those memories. The property was spotless and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their hospitality made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Boca Grande. Can’t wait to return!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

This house was perfect for our spring break get away! The kids were in the pool from sunup to sundown!! When they weren’t in the pool we were having fun playing foos ball, riding bikes or visiting the beach. This house was in a private area, off the beaten path but still close enough to all the fun things that it wasn’t a pain to go out and about. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The community has many amenities and our dog loved the dog park. The unit had everything you need for your stay and Robert checked in throughout our stay.

I couldn’t be more impressed. The house is fantastic. My dog and I stayed 28 nights. Well stocked, clean, quiet, fenced backyard and a garage! The house is as pictured and it was very easy to settle in. Close to shopping (Publix, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, etc. Plenty of restaurants, 10 minutes to downtown Venice and Shamrock park. The location is ideal for a south Venice location. Roman was quick to answer any questions or concerns. My only issue has to do with walking my dog. The street out front has some minor traffic to deal with especially early morning. You just need a good walking leash and collar and you’re all set. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house again if in beautiful Venice. Thanks Roman.

Stayed a month. Very nicely renovated trailer with front and back decks. Everything was clean and tidy. I'm a walker and enjoyed walking the resort/park as well as the huge pool and regular events. Husband has mobility issues so he enjoyed sitting on the front deck. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

Chris is a wonderful, responsive host who seems to really care about the experience that his guests have. The place has plenty of linens- towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. The park where the home is located is very well kept. The people are nice, polite, and friendly. There were plenty of activities offered- bingo, music, a pancake breakfast, a poker run, food trucks, and more. The location is convenient to Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Meyers.
