While our stay was not the average stay, Tom and his support system in FL made the best of it for us. There was a big plumbing issue in the house. Tom was unaware of the issue until the day we arrived from MN (flew in on a snow storm day and were delayed and already pretty stressed) Tom and Air B&B offered a full refund however we were unable to find another property to fit our needs on such short notice we decided to deal with some inconveniences and stay at the property. The pool was amazing, the back yard pond provided a fun little fishing hole for my avid outdoorsy fisherman son. The view was amazing especially sunset and sunrise. Very peaceful. All of the beds were very comfortable, the home had many things including plenty of towels/linens and kitchen provided all you need to create a great meal. We were traveling with my infant grandson and all the things we needed were provided (highchair, pack and play and may toys and books) Our family really enjoyed the pool table too.

This home was perfect for my 2 children and myself. Home was clean and spotless upon entry. Outdoor area got plenty of use from the pool, to the hot tub, to the outdoor TV. Neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for a relaxing time. Daughter was in a swim meet at close by Centennial Park as the drive there lasted only 10 minutes. I plan on returning next year.

The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, the people were friendly, and it was a safe place for walking and biking. The back yard was so nice, we enjoyed the fire pit and patio. Our absolute favorite part of the home was the outdoor rain shower, what a wonderful experience! Also we had a few things come up that required attention and Roman responded quickly every time, he was great to work with and we really appreciated all he did. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay by adding 2 more weeks.

Beautiful home! In the garage they had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and scooters. Made our visits to the beach much easier and convenient. I recommend bringing your bikes if you want to bike around the neighborhood!

This home was perfect for our vacation. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to our planned activities. Everything was like the listing described. Elina was a wonderful host who made sure to reach out to us and answered any questions I had.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our trip. We visited with family and friends who live in the area during the weekend and we were in close proximity to all of them. The residence is very nice and met all our needs. The house is spacious and a great value for having 4 bedrooms. We could not get the coffee maker to work and the host was very responsive and replaced it right away for us. Great customer service! We made a few recommendations to the host after our stay, but none of our suggestions would prevent us from renting from them again.

We loved our stay at Corinna's house. It was very clean, quiet and looked just like the photos. They left menus and told us recommendations for restaurants. Beautiful place, hot tub was awesome!!!! Everything is so close by. I would definitely recommend this house.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was very roomy, clean and we loved the well-stocked kitchen with the beautiful countertops and all the cooking utensils that you could want. Renee is an excellent host, very responsive! It was great to enjoy morning coffee out on the balcony!

This was our third stay at the Oz treehouse and it was incredible as always! Te has become more of a friend to us than a host. The moment we arrive there our blood pressure drops. She has created a cozy artistic relaxing space that is unlike any other. The gardens are an escape not to be missed, housing exterior “rooms” containing seating areas, lounging areas, a fire pit, a pool, a bbq, and our personal favorite, the hot tub. The garden area alone makes it worth the stay, a true sanctuary. If that weren’t enough, this is all walking distance from the shops and restaurants on historic Dearborn St. and the shore of Lemon Bay, and the beaches of Manasota Key are a short ten minutes away. Would recommend to everyone, and if you’re traveling with friends, she has multiple units available, all amazingly cozy and comfortable. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

This place is so much better than pictures! The location is perfect, no streets to cross to get to the beach. The condo was brand new inside and beautifully decorated. The amenities were fantastic. Walking distance to yummy food and live music. The pool across the street is great for the kids as well. I would definitely stay here again!

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This place was exactly as described. It's always refreshing when you enter your Airbnb and it is exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. On top of that,it was very well organized. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again soon.
