Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family. The beds were soft and comfortable, the linens and pillows were high-quality. The place was absolutely spotless clean. The backyard and property was quiet and serene. Thoughtful details like step stools to reach higher shelves or for toddler handwashing. Our twins loved sleeping on the trundle bed. Beautifully curated artwork throughout the home. Quiet street with historic homes. Location was perfect for us- near our extended family. We look forward to staying again.

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

Staying at Pat's may be the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The place is great- nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Some AirBnB kitchen's barely have the basics- Pats has everything you would want to cook a meal- all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils and other items you might want. Pat is a wonderful host. She communicated well about arrival details and met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. She was warm and personable- she even dropped off some delicious baked goods as a treat! College Hill is a great neighborhood in Providence- quiet, lovely, and not far from the colleges and local business districts. Next time we visit PRVD, we'll be happy to return to Pats.

Beautiful historic home that has been well maintained and updated with modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the area!

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

We stayed 3 nights at Trip’s place in March. It was a great location in Newport—walkable to everything, quiet but one block off Broadway. The place itself was as described. It’s a cute little place with a retro beach decor vibe. It was a comfortable enjoyable place to be. Kitchen had everything we needed. Deck was great the one day it was warm enough to sit out and enjoy it. Trip was a great host—very helpful and not just responsive but proactive. Gave us a heads up about the St Patrick’s parade that would stop us from moving our car for a few hours, but after his description we decided to attend and it was very fun!

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

Matt was an awesome host! He was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt really relaxed there. The location was perfect for exploring Newport. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He had great recommendations in his local guide. Fun trip for anyone looking to explore Newport.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

The place is steps away from Brown’s main green, which is exactly what we are looking for. The interior is tastefully decorated, so full of charm. We had a very nice stay.
