The unit was clean and tidy and in the heart of Yungaburra. We enjoyed the spa ... the kids that is ..... and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would say this is one of the most extraordinary properties in Australia. Everything was just beautiful… both inside and out. We all enjoyed the total privacy, abundant space and the high quality amenities and conveniences. Any questions were answered within minutes. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved our 3,night stay at The Possum Pad, so private and quiet and spotlessly clean. It is very spacious and comfortable and we just about lived in the furnished back covered area overlooking the private lush and green back garden. The kitchenette was perfect for us and we loved the generous treats from Virginia. Look forward to returning.

Fabulous and comfortable place to stay, very relaxing which is what we were looking for. Had total peace and relaxation in a large space. Easy to walk to the beach and surrounding area. Absolute paradise.

You can’t get any better than this location it’s right on the beach. Also no kids if you need tranquility. There are are no condiments to cook with so keep that in mind if you are going to be cooking.

We had an amazing stay at Pure Magnetic Villas. Such beautiful, clean, peaceful and homely villas nestled amongst tranquil gardens with a refreshing pool. Perfect location with a nice shady green allotment and playground for the kiddies directly across the road, plus quiet Nelly beach directly across the road too! Within walking distance to tasty restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Great location and facilities, loved the pool and the vista from the front patio of the beach. Very close to great café and restaurants. Highly recommend staying in the quieter bay on the island, Picnic Bay.

Great service with the drop off from the office to the villa, fast communication with any issues, place was clean and as described. Good value and very nice property close to the beach and the rock wallabies!

We had a fabulous 5 day stay. Highly recommend to anyone with a family or couple. The villa was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

This place is amazing, I loved every little aspect of it and can’t wait to return. The beds are so comfortable too.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our frustration was trying to get an answer about was was not included ie shampoo and the essentials pack, which Airbnb indicated in their website was not included. Trying to find out exactly what was included in the essentials was not easy and required phone calls. This may be a minor issue to some but we needed to know so that we knew what to bring. The website for this listing needs to be amended.

Picnic Bay Perfection. The apartment was luxurious, with a top notch fit-out. The plunge pool is so private and separates the living and sleeping pavilions. The air conditioning worked perfectly in both pavilions and the Weber Baby Q was perfect for when an oven was required. The undercover patio faces Picnic Bay and is absolutely superb to observe the changing tides with a drink and a good book. It’s an easy walk to the restaurants on the Esplanade and the stinger enclosure during the summer months and in the other direction, there is a lovely beach walk. Magnetic Island has so much natural beauty to explore. You will need a car for groceries, etc. The IGA at Nelly Bay is excellent to stock up. I found the Foodworks nearby of poorer quality, but that could have been due to the NYE break. My only complaint about the apartment would be the lack of crockery and cutlery for a self- catering stay of any duration.
