We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and had all we needed. Really appreciated the cooling fan that was in the bedroom and the nice bed. It is as listed, so a good place to stay!! I will say, be very aware that it is a SHARED YARD, and that everything people do in either yard can be seen, heard and smelled by both parties in the two rental homes on the one lot. It is a very nice yard though.

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood, very quiet. Angelo was a great host, very quick to respond, which was great as we needed help getting in when we arrived. Well stocked home with pretty much everything you might need. Older furniture, especially the outside furniture (which happens easily especially in the Phoenix sun I'm sure!). But it served our needs well. Enjoyed a relxing afternoon in the shade of the backyard patio. Would recommend!

Our whole family had a great stay at Jo’s beautiful home! It was welcoming, clean and fun! The backyard was perfect for my dogs and the doggy door was their favorite! We loved the decor and amenities provided. The garage parking was nice too with a remote to open and close. Jo is an excellent host and was very accommodating with the check in time and even offering to turn off the morning sprinklers so the yard wouldn’t be wet for the dogs! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much :)

Very pleasant experience overall. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Pros: - Newer construction, nicer finishes. - Bathrooms equipped w/ blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner & had a toothbrush + toothpaste. Thoughtful touches. - Beds & pillows were comfortable. - Check-in was simple. - Showers were nice & clean. - Had a W/D and all the detergents needed to do laundry. - Proactive host. - Overall clean home. Cons: - The neighborhood / part of town. This home is newer, but I was surprised to see the neighborhood it was in. This is definitely the only 'nicer / newer' home in the neighborhood. The home is more upscale than the part of town it is in. Nothing really in walkable distance however it is an easy drive to other parts of town. Still a good value for the price, but I had false expectations upon arrival. ;)

Other than spotty internet, the place was great and close to everything we wanted to do.

Great place to stay with a pool! Plenty of room and super clean upon arrival. Child safe measures for both the sliding glass door and the pool area. Comfortable beds. We were so fortunate to have found this home available!! We would love to come back again and stay longer!

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place with great views. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Place was super clean and in very convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

We loved our stay at this house! We traveled with both small children and grandparents, and felt like the house was perfect for our group. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and we loved having access to such a great space. The only thing to note there is traffic noise coming from the big street right behind the house, which wasn’t really an issue inside the house but took away from the outdoor experience just a bit.

I had a fantastic stay in this cozy and intimate space. Brooke ensured that all my needs were met, making my experience truly enjoyable. It’s the perfect place for solo travelers and is conveniently located for exploring local attractions. Communication was excellent, with prompt updates and flexibility whenever it was needed. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially the binder of information that provided helpful tips about both my stay and the area. I will definitely return for my next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's charming cabin. Probably the most dog friendly place we've stayed, full of amenities for us and our furry companions. The back patio was our favorite part of the unit, complete with dining table, chairs for relaxing and a shade cover that made it feel secluded and enchanting. There's enough vegetation to feel like a garden without it feeling claustrophobic. March was the perfect time to take advantage of the patio. There is also a private dog park at the front of the complex, look for the gate in the black metal fence at the very front. The unit itself is very quiet. The two mini-splits kept the indoor temperatures just right. So many little touches made us feel right at home. Erica was friendly and responsive. There is no indoor dining table in the unit, but you can go next door to the community room where there are tables, coffee setup and laundry. Erica was friendly and responsive. We plan to stay here next time we are in Mesa.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Four of us stayed 1 week, mainly to catch spring training games. There are some great restaurants you can walk to in the ummediate area. The neighborhood is modest but well worth walking through for the historic architecture. The house is spacious, clean, well-sppointed, and comes with all the necessary amenities. We used Waymo for our transportation which, along with the house rental, turned out to be a bargain. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a night or two. It’s surprisingly spacey, but the bathroom is quite small, especially the shower. The backyard is awesome and set up nicely

The place was great. We went for softball games at GCU and it was very close to the campus. Clean and easy to find. The host was very response to any texts. No problems. Would stay there again.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.
