Stella’s listing was wonderful ! We enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful Makaha Valley. The home was just as described and the host was very responsive. We will definitely like to stay again in the future.

The place was great. It was safe in a gated community. As you know Makaha area isn’t as safe but the area we stayed was on a hill In a safe area.. Place was nice, modern, clean. Stella was great with any questions. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

I booked this house for my family trip, and it was very quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful mountain and ocean view. Although it is far away from all the tourist places, if you give enough time to travel, it’s not a huge issue. Since we all had a wonderful memory here, we want to come back at some point. Stella was super responsive and helpful!

It was our first time in Hawaii for my family. The house was beautiful clean and we felt at home. We will stay there again next time we visit!

Absolutely stunning home. Waianae was a beautiful place to experience Oahu with a less city feel. Everything was meticulously decorated and felt like a premium experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious experience with family.

The house and surroundings were beautiful, and fit our party of 6 beautifully. The backyard is also amazing. The only thing I wish I would have known before is that nearby beaches have a lot of homeless encampments that take away from the beauty of the beach and all the touristy attractions around about 1hr to and 1 1/2 away.

The host was very pleasant to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manner. The property was beautiful inside and outside.

Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Best deal in Waikiki. Air conditioning worked well. Great view out the window of the water and the Zoo. It is a small unit but very suitable for a couple. Extremely well equipped for such a small space. Very quiet which was surprising given its location in the heart of the action. Kanae was very responsive when we requested to amend our check out date due to a flight cancellation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I visited with my mother and four daughters, and we fit comfortably in the space. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing several meals during our visit. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the beach, access to two pools, and numerous dining options nearby. Additionally, if you're considering groceries, I highly recommend delivery services, as drivers are familiar with the property, making it hassle-free.

It was near a lot of things , convenient walkable to the beach Nice balcony view of the mountains and the ocean Liked the fact that extra things were provided such as beach chairs etc No complaints

The views from this room are amazing! It’s perfect for two people, it’s quite cozy and peaceful. The whole check in and check out process was on point with no hassle. Place was easy to find, instructions were clear!

Jollen was a great host and provided helpful instructions for check in/out. We enjoyed the 5-10 minute walk to the beach!

We stayed here for four nights with 7 people - my husband and I, our four kids (ages 11, 9, 7 and 5) and our au pair. It was a bit squishy, especially with the one bathroom, but it worked, and for the price was definitely worth it. It was a close walk to the hotel with the parkade and better pool. It wasn’t ideal to always have to go to another building, but at the same time, very much appreciated to have the free parking spot and access to the second pool. It’s quite loud at night and definitely a bit of a walk to the beach, but again for the price, was worth it. And the decor was very cute, and lots of towels, etc. The host was also great at addressing any issues that came up.

We loved staying here, we have 2 young kids, so it was so nice to be this close to the beach. We also loved being so close to so many restaurants. If we had more time we would have went to the zoo, which was only a 2-3 minute walk. We spent the whole time at the beach though, and loved how accessible it was to go from the hotel to the beach.

Janet told us about the parking of the vehicle that there was no parking with the condo & if we wanted she would get us a parking pass & the cost we agreed paid fee & Janet got the 10 day pass it was in the key lock box it worked out very good. We appreciated all the up front info it all went great. It was a very nice place to stay if we were to come back to Hawaii we would stay at Janet’s condo. Thanks Janet !!! Norm

This place is in a great location less than 10 minute walk to get to main food spots and shops, plus included parking is hard to beat.

TL;DR - It was great with lots of pluses and very few minuses. We rented this 32nd floor condo primarily for its location. It's 2(ish) blocks from the beach - everything is in walking distance. The view from the balcony was great for watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well furnished - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The beds, for us, were phenomenal - if you like firm foam mattresses. The A/C unit, while noisy, was fully functional and kept the condo cool to our liking overnight. There was a small cooler. For the minuses, not all are within the control of the host but should be recognized. First, we received late notice that the pool was to be closed for the week. The plus is that it was open after 2 days. There are 2 hot tubs but only 1 works fully. The shower has a small glass divider that does a terrible job to keep water in and no bathmat was provided. Some outlets didn't function. There was only 1 umbrella and beach chair - no kids toys (not needed).

We came to for Christmas, New Years and to visit friends in Waipahu. We loved the location, the area was safe, family friendly, close to restaurants and stores. The condo was clean and really cute with all the decorations. We spent a great time having drinks on the patio and watching the fireworks. This was the best spot to see the fireworks. The shower was the best. The location was good because it was close to a freeway and center enough to go all over the island. Definitely will come again!

Great location for Waikiki. Close enough to everything but far enough to not be on the main drag. Loved the Jack and Jill sinks! The washer and dryer was also a great bonus. Easy coffee maker and filters. Lots of useful kitchen items but only one dish towel and no paper towels so bring some if you want them (we left some)! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The best part is the PARKING! Parking can be terrible in Waikiki so knowing you have a place to park every night was a relief. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable so two of us ended up sharing a bed. Not the best communication I’ve had with a host but it didn’t affect our trip or stay. Only things I would suggest is a shower caddy so you don’t have to leave everything on the floor of shower and a full size broom to sweep up. All in all would definitely book again. Thanks for the great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sandra's place! Sandra is lovely, friendly, and accommodating. She had all the amenities we needed and we loved the cool breeze that blew through the apartment. We walked the neighborhood daily for exercise and enjoyed the restaurants down the hillside. Thank you Sandra!!
