Amazing location!!! So many walkable areas and having a parking space was wonderful after dealing with Chicago driving/parking during the day. The hosts were responsive and the place is clean, spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. The noise at night was less than we thought but we were there during the week so I can see how it would be loud on the weekend. Totally worth it for the location- not only the area with food and shops but the charming brownstone filled streets made for a great after dinner stroll.

We enjoyed the unit that we stayed in! It was very spacious and in great condition. The rooms were well decorated and cleanly. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. I am glad we chose to stay here.

Great place! Very well kept and clean. Tom is very responsive from the time you book. Just be mindful that as stated there is NO where to park if you drive. All in all such a great neighborhood.

This place was spacious and perfect for our family (two kids and a baby), with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were fantastic! They encountered an issue with the fridge not working just before our arrival but handled it professionally, providing excellent support until it was fixed. We really appreciated their responsiveness and care. We highly recommend this space for families and large groups. One small suggestion: if you’re a light sleeper or have kids, consider bringing a noise machine, as some sound from the upstairs neighbors can be heard. However, this wasn’t a problem for us and is to be expected when staying in a condo.

Perfectly located- we loved being so close to o’hare and where we wanted to be in Chicago. Check in and check out is clearly communicated, and Matt is a responsive and proactive host, which I greatly appreciate. Also definitely take Matt’s recommendation for Lula Cafe nearby- absolutely a must try!

Eugene and the Airbnb were incredible! Eugene was extremely professional and responsive. The Airbnb was spotless and beautiful! A great spot to stay.

I had an amazing stay, my family loved the place, everything was clean, the description matched the place. Everything was close the location. Host was very helpful with my questions. I forgot my coat and they helped me get it back. I’d for sure stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay! What an incredible apartment with marvelous interior designing. The main bedroom and bathroom is astounding. The apartment is very well located, everything you need is very close by. Quiet neighborhood. Smaller building with only 4 stories, which I particularly loved. Very spacious apartment, with incredibly high ceilings. Needles to say, we were in love! Would definitely stay here again.

Another great vacation at the Fox Den! This is by far the best Airbnb we've stayed at! Plenty of room, great location and well equipped. Lots of great places to eat nearby, we highly recommend Il Milanese, only a couple of blocks away. The thing that puts this apartment over the top is the hot tub, a great way to relax after a busy day in Chicago. Look forward to staying here again!

This home is perfect for group trips very easily accessible and close to train stations so you can get around without vehicles. Peaceful and quiet area which makes you feel safe and at home. The home was very clean and didn’t have anything wrong with anything in the home. To say the least if you’re wanting to book a home in Chicago this is definitely your one it’s affordable and all around perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Not only is the home perfect but the host and co host were always available and would always text you back within 5 minutes if not sooner with any questions you had.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how stylish, clean, and well-equipped the space was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—right next to Grant Park, which made it super easy to explore the area and enjoy the beauty of the park, museums, and nearby attractions. One of the standout features of this place is the rooftop—it's absolutely fantastic! The views of the city skyline and the park were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The convenience of being so close to everything yet having a peaceful retreat to come back to made my trip unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Kaye was a great host! apartment was as advertised, bonus that she had coffee pods, bottled water and some snacks. we were in town to visit Loyola, which was an easy walk. convenient to train, as well. street parking is tricky if you come in late, but that is typical for the neighborhood. would definitely stay here again!

My 12-yr old son, 4-yr old golden doodle, and I had a lovely time at Susan’s place. The home is even nicer than the pics :) in terms of spaciousness, charm, and supplies. The neighborhood is peaceful, inviting, and a good place for walking our dog. Depending on day and time, it was about 30 mins to get to the museum strip and shopping in that area. We also spent time shopping and eating in north Chicago neighborhoods which had easy parking and was only 10-15 mins from Susan’s. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed here with some friends. Lots of room for all of us, and was very clean. On a nice and quiet street with lots of food options within walking distance. Pretty close to public transport, and was a quick drive downtown which was super nice as well. Back patio was awesome for just hanging out while people were getting ready too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Danny’s place was a great Lincoln Park location with walking distance to all the main attractions. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Would definitely repeat.

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views, stay here if you can!

Overall very nice place for the price. Only disappointment was I got to the location listed on the air bnb listing and the actual location was 3 to 4 blocks away which I was a bit upset with. It is closer to the Chicago station on the redline than it is to the river where the listing states. Host was very responsive and allowed me to check out late to avoid waiting around at the airport for a long time.

I stayed here because I was going to a concert nearby in the Allstate Arena. The place was just as pictured and was very clean! Instructions on how to get into the building were very clear and easy to follow. The host was also very responsive and kind! I would book here again if I am in the area!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Great studio apartment with very friendly neighbors in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Andersonville, a neighborhood with antique book stores, oddity shops, enough to keep you busy all day. Perfect location. I will stay there again.

Perfectly clean and easy to fit 7 adults for a weekend. Towels, toiletries, etc all adequate. Mihyun was great communicator. Kitchen could use MORE WINE GLASSES and more water glasses. There were only 7 glasses total so every time I used a glass I had to wash it for the next person. Not a deal breaker but was a bummer since we are all wine drinkers and had to, god forbid, drink red wine out of a "cheap" champagne glass! No other complaints, though, so would totally book again for a visit to Northwestern.

I have stayed at one of Briana’s places numerous times. They never disappoint. She is a great host and always responsive if I ever need anything. This condo is very clean quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend.
