Everything as described and the perfect host! Situated within walking distance of the town centre, the accommodation was a comfortable gem. The hot tub was a great accessory too! We loved it!

I stayed at James and Leonie's cottage with my long-distance partner whom I was meeting in person for the first time! She flew in from Bristol and the place was incredibly accessible by bus, just a short uphill walk away after a ride on the A4, and shopping was only ever a short bus ride away. When we arrived I was blown away by the hospitality - homemade shortbread, a handwritten note and a collection of icebreakers to help us get to know each other were all left on the table. The hosts clearly paid attention to the kind of stay we were having and made it special for us! The cats were super friendly, coming and going as they liked. There was no end to the peace and quiet we had in the cottage together and we had plenty of time to get to know each other in a way we never had before. When we had questions it was super easy to get in touch with a quick phone call or knock on the door. I would absolutely stay here again for a quiet getaway in Bristol, thank you so much James and Leonie!

Beautiful spacious apartment with the balcony being an extra little bonus. Well located and was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment had everything that you needed and was well equipped! The rooms were so spacious and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us! Checking in was so easy and I would definitely recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back 🤩

What a wonderful place to stay! Paul's place is very well equipped with all you could need, they also included a very generous welcome basket which was much appreciated. The hot tub was very clean, as was the rest of the cottage. Would highly recommend staying here to others.

Fantastic property - 5 stars in every way. The photos undersell the property; lovely location and the property is one of the best stocked and neatest airbnbs we've stayed at. Some really nice christmas touches (wreaths and a real christmas tree). The farm has sheep and turkeys close to the house which the kids loved and it was very quiet given its a working farm. Only two comments; the 4th "bedroom" (sofa bed on the landing) would have been very impractical to use for more than 3 couples/families and the stairs aren't child friendly; open sided so no opportunity to let the kids have the run of downstairs. A fantastic stay, well worth the money and would definitely come again! Oh and the dog is super friendly

Our second stay at Jan's and we loved it. Four our group of 7 friends it is perfect: plenty of spaces to be together and enough room for people to have their own space if needed. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful, it's so peaceful. Hot tub and pool table are a bonus. We will be back!

Such a great place, exactly as described. We were a family of three adults, two kids and a little one, and the location, amenities and place were all perfect. It was a quiet location at night but right next to everything you needed for entertainment. Loads or lovely cafes and restaurants and a super easy and quick walk to many things, we didn’t drive all weekend. The hosts were really quick with responding and were very reactive in helpful information and recommendations. Would 100% stay again if we are in Bristol! Thanks!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautiful location, very peaceful, the cottage is finished to a high standard, fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. Unfortunately I was on a work trip and didn’t get to explore locally, but would love to return for a peaceful escape with my family.
