Greg was very responsive and our stay was exactly what we needed. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very clean and larger than expected. Great stay.

We have now stayed in several of Claire and Wolfgang's properties. All very clean, modern, and comfortable. Very responsive hosts. Would recommend, and would stay again. Note: This property, although central, is on a steep hill (as is most of Dunedin), so not the best location for those with dodgy knees wishing to walk into town. Thankfully, Ubers are available throughout Dunedin.

The view!!! Oh my goodness, 2 large windows in the lounge/dining looking out to the ocean and big sky...it was mesmerising! This was a highlight and added to the whole relaxing experience. Large house with heaps of space. And quiet?...so peaceful you don't even hear cars passing. Thank you Penny for the lovely stay. I hope I have the opportunity again sometime. 😊

Great place to stay. Beautiful views with easy parking. Comfy beds and and a well stocked kitchen. We only had a quick one night stay here but would definitely come back again!

We loved everything about this little home! It’s spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. I loveeee the aesthetics & the windows tho it could get abit bright in the morning. - Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good meal, tho the fire was a bit small, & it got a little oily even with the hood on. - Bathroom was greattttt, but it would be even better with a place to place our toiletries inside the shower! - Location is about a 10-minute drive to town. It’s a bit of a drive, but we really enjoyed the drive along Anderson Bay. It’s vvv near to the castle too. - Checking in was easy with the passcode, & parking on the street was convenient. - Hosts were so kind & allowed check-out at 11am & even offered an earlier check-in if we wanted. Also, thank you so much for helping us with our request, we truly appreciate it!!

I had a lovely stay here. The location away from the city was great, and it was only 10 minutes to drive in which was super fast. Kate provided things like laundry liquid, dish tabs, and cleaning products which made my stay very comfortable. I enjoyed the indoor & outdoor spaces, as it didn't feel small or crammed for a week stay. I would definitely visit again! Thank you Kate for being a wonderful host.

This is a truly magnificent Unit, immaculate and rather spacious, Perfect Location to Museums, the Octagon, Restaurants and Pubs! We loved this Place and will be back as Dunedin offers so much and 3 nights is not enough time. The bathroom is large, has a very good Washer and Dryer unit. The kitchen has all amenities one can think of. On arrival there was Bread, Jam, Butter and Milk in the Fridge, very helpful for the 1st Morning particularly if one arrives later in a day. Parking was also convenient and the elevator in the Building is very helpful for people with more luggage like us. Communication with Antonia & team very efficient. They had prepared an excellent manual in the unit with really useful recommendations. We followed several of them and they were spot on. Considering this Central Location in town it is exceptionally quiet. The Coffee Place downstairs is the best we came across on the South Island. They serve very good Coffee, in combination with very delicious Pastries!

This is a super handy spot. The accom has all the amenities and character.

We had an amazing stay at Mike's place. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. There's everything that you need! Very clean. Walking distance to the city center (we didn't have a car so definitely a plus!)

Thank you so much to Maja for providing such a comfortable space to stay, the room felt cozy and homely and is certainly somewhere I'd be happy to book again. I love how she has been able to preserve a little bit of history and find the brick archways quite charming! Maja was wonderful to deal with right from booking to check out, and the instructions that she provided for getting there were detailed and very helpful.

A great option for a central Dunedin stay. Well located, comfortable and warm- easy to deal with The host and everything was as it says it is in the site. Excellent weekend away.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

We were after somewhere to stay that had easy access to the Otago peninsula and albatross centre. This place was ideal for these. Apartment was great. Good kitchen and bedrooms. Just what we needed. Samans mother was there to let us in and show us around.

The moment I entered I knew I had made a nice choice of a flat for 4 days in Dunedin. I am travelling 4 months, so value the ability to wash my laundry and do my own cooking. There are two large supermarkets a short walk away and I continued enjoying New Zealand clams and green-lipped mussels! It was nice to have a 2-piece washroom (bathroom) on the lower level in addition to the full 3-piece washroom upstairs! I didn't have a car, but the opportunity to have the spot in the car park in the building with access right to the lobby is fantastic. When you have a question, Jenny gets right back to you. Thank you to Jenny for an early check-in to match up with my bus arrival. Top notch! 👍

Dawn’s Airbnb was wonderful! Dawn is a beautiful person. Her place is super clean, equipped with all things and more travelers would need for a comfortable stay. The “extras “ that she provides you with are reflective of her warm personality. We were greeted with fresh fragrant flowers from her garden, fresh fruit, extra towels, hand and wash, paper products, and even supplied our favorite milk. The bed is super comfortable and the shower excellent. We cooked all our own meals and had all needed cookware, utensils and dishes. Thank you Dawn! We are so happy to have met you!

This apartment was just right for us. Walkable to town centre and many attractions, eg, Dunedin historic train station, Settlers Museum, and close to bus stops for St Clair, Otago Museum. Lovely conversion of a wharf building, elevator to 2nd floor apartment, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Great shower. Reliable and fast WiFi. Efficient communication. Helpful that we could leave bags in ground floor store after check-out. Helpful recommendations for cafes and eateries; we didn't get further than Tart Tin for coffee as their cakes are so good. We enjoyed Dunedin very much, and this comfortable apartment helped us have a great experience.
