Great location, awesome views, plus added amenities (pool + hot tubs)! Well stocked and clean. Responsive and friendly host, with such great instructions for everything you need. We had a great time & would def recommend, as well as return.

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful and clean. The beach itself was beautiful and pretty private. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, calm vacation. There aren’t many shopping areas, but there are some great restaurants around, especially Smash City Burgers!! Even with rain some days it was still the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. This could just be from our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Our host was very friendly and kind. The only downside was that we booked the condo thinking that we could sit by the pool. While we weren't super concerned with being able to get in the water, we thought we would be able to at least sit in the pool area to get some sun in between doing things around Wilmington and the beach. We may have booked something with a patio or balcony instead, had we known that the outside sesting area wouldn't be usable. If you're booking your stay here with the intention of being able to use the pool, I'd just check with the host first, as we checked out on 3/31 and the pool and pool area were torn up and empty as of this date.

I decided to come down to get some work done and chose this place and it was an awesome decision. It was so peaceful, easy to find the room as well as cozy and comfy. There’s a restaurant right next to the room, which is perfect for any quick bites and amazing view outside. It was quite peaceful and I actually did a lot of my work sitting out on the patio. Definitely a nice place to spend your night at in Topsail!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend at the beach for me and my adult daughters. The space was immaculate and the kitchen amazingly well stocked. We loved being steps away from the beach, hot tub, and pool. We made great memories in this beautiful condo and we will be back.

After a long day of traveling, we were able to arrive and leave our luggage so we could move around more comfortably and the place was quite cozy.

This is a great condo in the heart of the downtown area. We were energized by all of the people walking "the loop" and navigating around outside and the walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes. The porch was awesome for morning sun and relaxation. The unit had everything we needed included an impressive selection of pots, pans, dishes, appliances and coffees, teas, etc. Be sure to note Michelle's helpful tips on storage space though as the rooms are definitely on the small side. That said, beds and linens were comfortable. Michelle was extremely responsive with our spotty internet connections and the issue was resolved. Without hesitation, I would recommend this unit.

New favorite downtown spot! Amazing location with great river views and in the heart of restaurants/ nightlife. The space has been tastefully renovated and has everything needed. Beds are super comfortable and back deck is a great place to relax. Host Cam was very helpful and I would recommend for anyone coming to town for a fun getaway!

My stay was great. A bit noisy at times with the traffic on the street. But I did have the two doors open to enjoy the breeze. I will probably be back sometime in the future. 5 stars for sure! If I had to knock anything, it would be some of the steak knives were dirty, but I cleaned them right up. And the internet was slow. I was doing a lot of writing so I needed access to my OneDrive to retrieve and save files. But I'm used to 1GB and 2.5GB speeds. :-)

Never a disappointment when staying at a S &L property! Peaceful, the smell when you walk in is everything! Super clean and ALWAYS so comfy! My kids and I love the properties and honestly don’t plan to stay anywhere else if we can help it when in NC.

location of this place is great for walking to Riverwalk and exploring downtown. only 10 minutes from airport.

Had a wonderful stay while on business. The home was fun, eclectic and comfortable. For sure will be my first choice for my next stay.

What a great place to stay. The apartment was EXACTLY like described. Plenty of room in the place. Very clean. Had everything you would need for your trip. Great area also. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Will be staying again when I come back to Wilmington. Bob explained everything that was needed and even had pictures of parking and entrance. Worth the little bit of money that it cost to stay here.

Loved staying at Syndys place, location was PERFECT for our stay and events. It gave me a sense of home staying at her place. Definitely will visit again next Wilmington visit

We had a great time. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Easy access to beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the wagon to take things down to the beach. Hope to be back again soon

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

Just as pictured in the photos! This place has everything you need. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We loved all the extra amenities in the kitchen and for the beach like the beach chairs, boogie boards, bocce ball! An amazing view of the ocean from the porch. We really enjoyed sitting outside at night listening to the waves crashing and watching the moon rise over the ocean. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The listing does not do this condo justice. Its more beautiful in person, walk across the parking lot to the beach, so close for things to do, and the hosts were SO HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE.

Great place to stay with a great host, always responsive and updated us about the tropical storm that was happening.
