Very pleased with my experience and will look forward to future opportunities to stay at this location.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

The home was as described in the listing. It was comfortable and close to downtown. The house is nice and spacious. There is a separate thermostat for downstairs and upstairs, which is nice to keep everyone comfortable. The bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a ceiling fan, which is the only thing I missed! Adding a simple standing fan would make up for this. I would also caution if you are a person that talks a lot and is seeking contact with your host, this might not be the place for you. It’s very much geared towards independent guests and you should be comfortable reading all material in the listing rather than planning to reach out to your hosts (I say this as someone who has hosted an Airbnb and would have people reach out to me). Overall, a nice stay in a nice house!

I hated giving the cleaniness a 4 because it wasn't Gerald's fault: i forgot that North Carolina is a bug infested state as a whole. There wasn't an infestation so the place was cleaner than most! The house was perfect for two people: there's plenty of room and amenities. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working but it wasn't a deal breaker and i managed. The location was perfect for visiting family, who just so happened to not live too far away, and everything that we wanted to do was within a reasonable driving distance. Thr next time we come to Jacksonville, we hope that this place is available! Also, Gerald was very friendly and responded within the hour if not less, which was very appreciative.

Don’s place was great for our family with kids. Just one block walk to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the pool. Don’s place had all of the amenities (wagons, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks Don!

The townhouse matched its description, and it was in a great location for us - perfect for our family to get together with relatives who live nearby. It's very close to Wrightsville Beach and it's walking distance to a Harris Teeter and other stores and restaurants. It was very well stocked with useful items throughout.

The place was exactly as described and worked perfect for our family get together. The boys had fun fishing in the canal and the kayaks were great! The pier and restaurants were right down the road too.

This condo was everything our group needed for the Labor Day weekend. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Very short walk to the private beach access. The complex’s pool is on the smaller side, but very well maintained.

We were very pleased with Diana’s place! It had everything we could want or need for the beach! Definitely will stay there again!

We were very comfortable at Rebecca's place. We came to the area for a wedding and appreciated two nice size bedrooms and two well equipped full size bathrooms. The Salty Spoon was a nice retreat from the ongoing wedding activities. It is spotless, well equipped and a great location! RK

The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

It was a very clean and beautiful home. The owners were very quick and responsive. We had a great time and loved the convenient beach access. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo was wonderful! The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Beautifully decorated. I’m a runner and it’s very close to the loop and the beach. I even ran in the condo community there. Starbucks is a walkable distance as is Harris Teeter grocery store and restaurants. Also Very dog friendly. Great time. Will go there again!

Great location for walking on the beach! The condo is well outfitted for short or extended stays. I worked remotely for 6 weeks and had no issues with the wifi. The kitchen has everything one needs for coking up great meals. Andrea is a very welcoming and responsive!!!

Very friendly host, great stay!

We have stayed at Marc and Rebecca’s many times and always check their availability first when visiting family in the Wilmington area. Their home is always clean and neat. It contains all amenities listed. The location is great and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The back yard has a small lake where we usually see a fisherman and several types of water birds. The neighborhood feels safe and convenient for walking. Check in and Check out are easy. Marc and Rebecca are quick to answer any questions.

The place was clean and spacious. The beds are a bit soft so if you like firmer mattress this place is probably not for you. Neighbor was quiet and clean!

Easy to find and exactly as advertised, very spacious and cozy while still maintaining an air of sophistication.

We enjoyed our stay and felt that the cost was very reasonable. Close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. You can walk to get most of what you need very easily. Home was very clean and had most everything we needed for short stay. I would certainly consider staying again!

just meed a place for a quick stay to see my son before he leaves for CA! The house was a perfect size and great for our dog to get around, plus the fence in back yard was perfect for our dog too. Thank you for sharing your house!
