Ann's place was exactly as described. It is a small and cozy place perfect for a couple or single. Queen bed is comfortable, bathroom was clean. This place is priced right, it is good deal. Easy to access the Cape Cod Rail Trail, cottage is in a central location to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Ann made herself available via texting, we also had a wonderful conversation when I asked her to stop by. She is cognizant of her tenants need for privacy. We would stay here again.

My stay was great! My pup and I had a wonderful time relaxing in The Cape for the first time. It was just as described. Min was very flexible with my departing after checkout and was very responsive. I really appreciated his willingness to let me stay a little longer! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful week visiting familiar places and exploring new ones. Mary was a great hostess and the downstairs apartment more than met our simple needs. Quiet. Easy to find. Close to good restaurants and beaches. And the flock of turkeys that strolled through the yard occasionally were entertaining.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

Great wintertime stay at Allison's cottage with our dog - the cottage is cozy and pleasantly quirky, with everything just as described. Allison's communication was excellent with quick, friendly responses to questions about the place. Thanks and we hope to stay again!

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

Wonderful stay! A cute and classic Cape Cod home- so cozy and charming. The location can't be beat for a peaceful retreat within strolling distance to many beaches and beautiful spots. The area is safe and family friendly. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need. We stayed for a week and would have happily stayed longer. Sean was friendly and responsive. Check in and out were a breeze. 10/10 experience.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Deena’s und Jeremy's Summer House. Für uns war es das erste Mal auf Cape Cod und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren im Oktober da und die Nächte waren schon etwas kühler, aber es gibt genügend Heizungen im Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, für Familien gibt es zahlreiche Brettspiele und im Sommer hätten wir den schönen Garten mit der Außendusche sicher noch mehr genutzt. Check-in und Kommunikation verliefen problemlos und Deena war stets mit Tipps und hilfreichen Nachrichten zur Stelle. Eine tolle Unterkunft im Süden von Cape Cod mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Vielen Dank Deena und Jeremy! 🙂

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

This stay in Chatham was lovely. The house was adorable and had plenty of space for all of us staying that weekend. The house was thoughtfully designed with everything you need. You will have to either bring your own towels and sheets or rent and you will need to clean everything to be “broom” clean, which does offload more work and costs onto guests, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The location is so close to everything and is just beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

Had a wonderful second stay at Steve’s lovely house! It was just as enjoyable this time around, plus a brand new renovated kitchen. Steve’s home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable… it was really chilly in ptown while we were there, so we made great use of the fireplace. It’s a fantastic location, easy walking to everything. Steve is an excellent host, reaching out ahead of time with all the details and letting us check in early with our boys and our dog. Thanks again, Steve! Look forward to coming back soon.

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Lovely stay, walkable/bike-able, loved being on the water. Stairs to bedroom area are a bit steep — important to consider if you have mobility issues. Was not a concern for us. The downstairs deck is under construction but we did not experience any noise over the weekend. Would rent again!

We loved our stay at Linda’s place in Truro. It was perfect for a getaway for me and my wife. The view is fantastic, and I was sad to leave the Adirondack chairs on the patio, where it was beautiful to sit and listen to the ocean in the mornings and evenings. The condo was about eight minutes from Provincetown. Plus, there is easy access to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores going the opposite way from Provincetown. Linda’s directions to access the condo were easy to understand, and she was responsive to local recommendations. My wife and I would stay again and recommend using this Linda’s condo to anyone who wants a serene place close to Provincetown.
