This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

Pine Cone Inn was a peaceful retreat for our long weekend. The place was super cozy and the hot tub was a real treat! We will be back :)

The house was clean and beautiful. We really appreciated the beautiful decorations in the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but nothing happened. We noticed almost every street sign had bullet holes in them which did make us feel a little uneasy. The only thing in the home that was a little frustrating was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper and there was no paper towels in the kitchen. In addition we did have our dogs with us and there is a section of the gate in the backyard that just slides open and one of our dogs was able to get through it. It was tough that we couldn’t have them outside.

Nice place, well located. The property is well taken care of. Beds comfortable for good night sleep. Decor of house is thoughtful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Regina’s place was spotless and bigger than we thought! It was easy to find. We loved that there was a gated parking lot so we didn’t have to park on the street. Would recommend her place for the family. Also very close to Old town Albuquerque which has so much to do!

We absolutely loved the place. It was perfect for our family (7 all together). John was a great host and checked in on us throughout our stay! We felt right at home and had enough space to enjoy our evenings after the kiddos fell asleep up stairs! Hope to be back soon and will recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Albuquerque!

This is a perfect vacation listing for a couple or small family visiting Albuquerque. The Nob Hill neighborhood is fun and eclectic with excellent restaurants at every turn. The huge back yard is great for kids or sky watching at night. The home is very tidy and includes a bedroom that kids will feel comfortable in right away. A+

I just had an amazing stay at an Airbnb that I can't stop raving about! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.
