Gill, Ian, and Sean were all helpful, kind, and responsive hosts. They provided thoughtful and helpful recommendations, were quick to respond, and were kind, above all. The home is clean, warm, and comfortable, with beautiful decor, which made our stay even more pleasurable. I would be quick to recommend this home again, and look forward to my next visit! Fiona’s place is located in a very peaceful village but very near to lots of villages/ towns/ cities. We ate at the local pub, The Spinner & Bergamot, a five minute walk. The food was very good and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We booked prior to our visit just in case! It is a very popular pub. We also visited the village great budworth and had a fantastic Christmas lunch( we do more than eat!) also visited Arley Hall, very close by , the hall was used for the filming of peaky blinders and was very impressive . Finally a visit to the wonderful Chester ,25 mins away. Now to Fiona’s accommodation. It was absolutely spotless and very comfortable, having everything we needed. The bathroom is gorgeous. The place was always warm, even though it was pretty chilly outside! The Instructions to get in to the property were very clear and Fiona was very prompt at replying to messages. The bed was very comfortable and smelt gorgeous and fresh . We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks

Lovely accommodation. Clean with everything that we needed. Hot tub was great with towels and bath robes. Quiet, private garden area. Local area is pleasant and we enjoyed walks around the area and into Rhyl. Would recommend! Thank you 😁

Beautiful little annex, and so peacefully situated in the Cwmrheidol valley. An easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Aberystwyth, but completely away from the hustle and bustle of everything! Great spot for walks in the area - either straight from the annex or within a short drive away. Only downsides are no hob (so cooking in the annex was difficult) and steep ladder-like stairs to the bedroom (so not great for anyone with mobility issues) - but neither were a surprise as Daniel described his place perfectly. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Liverpool and a Debbie’s place was perfect. Private entrance door so we didn’t feel like we were disturbing anyone and the annex had everything we needed including a few little added extras provided by Debbie which was a lovey touch. Debbie was absolutely lovely and I would recommend her place for anyone visiting Liverpool for a concert. Easy 10 min walk to the train station and only 20 mins into Liverpool central..we will use again if we are needing a place to stay !!!

Louisa and John are excellent hosts and made me feel right at home. I was spending the week walking the Wales Coast Path and they gave me tips for where to go and what to see. I felt comfortable and at ease and would recommend this as a great central location for anyone walking the North Wales section of the path. Really close to main transport routes yet really quite and peaceful. The detailed description means it's straightforward to find. If I'm ever in need of somewhere to stay in this part of Wales, I'll be straight back.

Perfect Stay at Encil Mynach! We had a fantastic experience staying at Encil Mynach! The location is unbeatable – just a short walking distance from the beach and ideally situated for easy access to Barmouth town centre. It’s the perfect spot for those wanting a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the local attractions. The facilities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. The place was private, quiet, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect home away from home. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place offers the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend Encil Mynach to anyone visiting the area – it’s a hidden gem! We can’t wait to return.

our 2nd home !! we have lost track of how many times we have stayed with Steve and Paula so I will not run over old ground listing all of the positives. I will make it very easy and summerise in one word !! PERFECT !!!

What a gorgeous studio! It was pristine, quiet and in such a great location. It has everything you need, and is really cosy. There are some beautiful walks right on the doorstep and it’s an easy walk to the high street. Georgina was quickly responsive to the few questions I had, and her instructions on how to find the place and check in were clear. I would definitely recommend this studio, a lovely place to stay 😊

We only stayed one night but it was enough to be able to express a more than positive opinion. Kind and helpful host. Sarah was very helpful and informative. Good location and view, high cleaning standards, super comfortable home with all facilities. Quiet and private area.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The annexe was clean, spacious and tidy and the bottle of Cava on ice was a lovely touch. The accommodation is well situated close to Cheshire Oaks and the Colosseum, along with Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium, so serves as a fantastic base for exploring... although you could quite easily spend your time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying some rest and relaxation. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will visit again.

A lovely and very homely cottage in a beautiful location - very tranquil and very scenic, just about perfect for a relaxing get away whilst being close to a lot of beautiful beaches and amazing scenery

When we arrived Catherine was there to give us a warm welcome. She told us if we needed anything just to send her a message. We did put an early check in, when we booked however Catherine did not see this. She did apologise for this and we luckily were going straight back out again anyway. I’d recommend messaging Catherine separately and stating this. The studio was private but is not as secluded as I thought it may be as it’s attached to a home garage. With the home a few metres away. But this was not a problem for us. The studio itself was very clean and modern. Catherine had left out complimentary bread, cereal, milk etc which was very thoughtful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The automatic blinds were very cool, and included a blind for the skylight. Only thing I would state to other people about considering is the studio does not have a cooker or oven. There is only the option of a hot plate. Overall the studio was in great condition and exactly what we needed. Thank you x

So we stayed at Clive’s property for a week between moving out of our old house and then moving into our new one. Getting into the property was simple and instructions were very clear. Once inside, there were the extra touches such as flowers, a large bar of chocolate, a lovely bottle of wine and then a very well stocked fridge and tea/coffee/biscuit cupboard. There was washing up liquid and hand soap just in case we had forgotten. The house itself exceeded our high expectations and it did not disappoint. The views were to die for and the house had everything you could wish for. There was a comprehensive list of things to do, places to go, restaurants, along with vouchers, umbrellas, a torch, beach towels and a very well stocked bathroom cupboard. The thoughtful layout of the rooms worked brilliantly, the house was warm and so all of these extras added up to making the stay perfect and stress free and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much. 😊

Beautiful house for a long weekend away. The host Sarah was excellent we found check in and out easy, even offered us a late check out! The house is lovely, clean and well looked after. Has everything you could need for a short stay. Would recommend and will be booking again soon!

The chapel flat is a truly fantastic accommodation, in beautiful peaceful surroundings and conveniently located in close proximity to the mountains, the coast and Anglesey. The space inside is well laid out, tastefully decorated and with easy to use services and facilities. Clare was very welcoming, responsive and helpful through the process. I would love to return one day in the not too distant future. Diolch Clare.

Our stay here was very good and extremely relaxing, and worked very well for my wife how was WFH all week. James was very welcoming and extremely proactive, met us on arrival and made sure we were able to settle in. We benefited from having the attached house empty all week so access to the garden added to the stay.

fantastic hosts, we absolutely loved the accommodation and the hosts were very welcoming (snacks and treats) and very responsive when we had any questions, couldn’t reccomend highly enough !

Barbara & Glen’s place is lovely little bungalow and nice garden. They are very accommodating to us. A quiet neighbourhood and the village has a pub serving foods. Also you can drive 10 minutes to Tesco and Aldi and also you can drive 15 minutes to business centre for more shops. It’s a great location for exploring the island, we cant wait to come again The island is very easy to drive around, not far from the beach Buses from the village around the island or further afield to Bangor.
