Perfect flat for an overnight for weekend. Very close to long stay carpark and local bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Would use again. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, our host, Esther, went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail was carefully considered to make us feel at home. Esther was responsive and friendly, truly making our trip memorable. She ensured that we had everything we needed, and her hospitality was outstanding. Very highly recommend. The property is conveniently situated amongst great transport links into the city centre whilst being on the doorsteps of Broadway Plaza. Would definitely stay again. Host was a great help and made us feel very welcome. 5*

We had a lovely time! Hosts were very friendly, they give clear instructions and lots of helpful points regarding the stay. The house was stunning and even better than the photos. Huge space, everything you need, great size bedrooms, lovely kitchen. The surrounding area is lovely! Nice pubs a walk away, shops are a drive. Would highly recommend a stay here! Nothing to fault :)

We had a lovely stay, 6 ladies from 29-60 for a chilled weekend including a spa day perfect place with lovely lounge areas to chill in, lovely bedrooms very clean as described. Would highly recommend staying here.

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

So happy we came across this listing. Amazing place and it’s clear the host goes above and beyond to ensure their place stands out from the rest! Hassle free check in , super responsive host , really clean and extra blankets came in handy. The small details like a Netflix account specifically for the place was left logged in, QR codes for wifi and fire safety instructions was really nice to see and definitely didn’t go unnoticed ! If we’re ever in Leicester again then we’ll be sure to book this listing again !

Na was super responsive and helpful in messaging & giving information to make the stay incredibly pleasant and easy. The house was very clean & comfortable, with clear attention to detail having been shown. A well located base, a short taxi ride for the NEC, in a pleasant area away from the busyness of the city. We were able to find all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend.

Josh was incredibly helpful and responsive over the course of the booking, whilst the house itself was clean, cozy, and in a prime location. It has alot of character, and definitely worth the price we paid for it! it's also in easy walking distance to a range of cafes, restaurants, and pubs

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Responsive host and left clear instructions, the place was clean and tidy and was in a great location!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!

Lovely quiet location. Excellent 4-bed conversion. Couple of the bedrooms quite cosy but 2 good bathrooms and we had a lovely stay. Alan very helpful and friendly. Recommended.
