What a wonderful apartment and so close to the centre. This was a gift for my mum for Christmas who’s never been to York. My mum has to use a wheelchair and this was perfect for accessibility and allowed us to venture into the city easily. What a wonderful host, small touches like leaving milk, juice, snacks and a nice bottle of wine made us smile. I would definitely stay here again Thank you ☺️

A great place to stay, the check in was seamless, the flat matched the description and our expectations. The location is spot on and within easy reach of all amenities and sights of interest. The easily accessible secure parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Staying with Carolyn was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was lovely and very clean, and Carolyn was available to answer any questions and she gave excellent instructions. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, Clare was a pleasure to deal with. Clair arranged for the apartment to be available earlier than agreed, to suit our train arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and certainly warranted the glowing feedback provided by previous visitors. The location is perfect for visiting York. It is literally round the corner from the train station and all the main attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance. Additionally, there is a Sainsbury’s located next to the apartment and the hop on/off bus stops at the cinema, which is a located about 200 metres from the apartment. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and Clair was the perfect host. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting York. Special thanks to Clair for the thoughtful welcome pack and the card for my sister, who was celebrating an upcoming birthday.

Tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Communication was excellent and Ellie was very accommodating to our requests. Would totally recommend a stay here.

One of my favourite Airbnb places! A charming apartment set in beautiful grounds and in walkable distance to local shops and eateries. The perfect getaway!

I had such a lovely stay here! It was easy to get to and the parking was brilliant. The private entrance was a plus as well. The space was a perfect size for 2 guests and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook food at home :)

Julie's is always a lovely place to stay and close to the shops, well laid out and modern, comfortable luxury bed. Close to Todmorden, Littleborough and Whitworth. Julie is great at communication and a great host

We had such a lovely stay - the photos cannot quite do the beautiful view justice. The house was spotlessly clean, and the perfect size for five adults, a baby and two dogs. The dogs had such a fantastic time running around the garden whilst the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Andrew's instructions were perfectly clear and he was very helpful and responsive during our stay. There are so many beautiful walks in the area. The house is full of modern amenities - the showers are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

A wonderful stay at The Coach House! It’s not often that I call out flooring, but on this occasion I must! I loved the style of the living space flooring! A real uniqueness. Comfortable bed and modern setting all round. Of particular note was the EV charging point right on the driveway. So simple and easy. Great addition. It’s a lovely walk straight down into central Harrogate.

This house is lovely, well maintained and extremely clean. The description on the site is very accurate. Our stay was to spend family time together, we went on some walks made use of the hot tub and games room. We did all our own food so can't comment on places to eat, this house was perfect for this. In the summer it would be lovely with views on the back and to have a barbecue to dine outside, If your looking for somewhere which is peaceful and enjoy walking I definitely recommend this house.

The house is beautiful. Everything is spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. We've never before experienced so much 'attention to detail' it made our stay extremely comfortable. We echo all the praising comments on their feedback from previous guests. It's immediately apparent from the start Ian and Sarra are conscientious hosts who love their airbnb and want every guest to enjoy their holiday to the full. Communication was excellent throughout, from booking to check-out. pretty much every need was catered for. Listen out for the friendly ghost who runs up and down the stairs and across the landing at night. I think he was trying to find our welcome bottle of wine and Cake. We'd already drunk and ate them 😉 The bedrooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable .The sunsets and rises are a dream to watch from the balconies. Thank you for an amazing stay.

As fabulous as expected. Ideal space for two couples, high spec accommodation with lots of room to relax . The kitchen is small if you intend to self cater but the facilities and equipment are excellent. We spent most of the time sat in the dining room watching the peacocks who wandered up to the window each day to be admired. Played tennis and walked into the nearby village along a public footpath 50 mins to a very good pub ( Dawnay Arms ) and evenings in the hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed it, the host ( Lucy ) is onsite and is welcoming and supportive with communication without any intrusion . No hesitation recommending.

We had such a lovely week here! Within a day we were plotting our return. Karen's cottage is just gorgeous. Went with my other half and his parents and it was a perfect size for 4 (we then had a few days to ourselves after they left and great for 2 people as well). Wonderful views from the windows and from the front yard. It was a little cool for us to sit at the table outside but we did manage one lunch outside and in warmer weather it would be glorious both day and night. The house is clean, quiet, comfy beds, good shower, lovely decor, great woodburner, all mod cons needed in the kitchen, and really nicely done up. So ticks all boxes basically! The location is perfect - just 5 min walk to the little high street and the pubs (great pubs & great beer)and eateries there. Karen is great - super friendly and helpful - gave us lots of tips about the local area. And great to communicate with - replies within minutes. Def recommend and very much hope to return soon.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! It has truly been a blessing to stay and we cannot wait to come back & make more mems. Sending love, my family and I!

The apartment is clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Toiletries and basic provisions (eg tea , coffee, milk, orange juice etc) were supplied. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Claudia was flexible about check in and very responsive to messages. The apartment is in the center of town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again if I’m in the area.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Great little weekend getaway for a couple. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. View from the property is very nice. Hosts very communicative and accomodating. would recommend!

Our third stay in Teresa's beautiful apartment, which we love. It's peaceful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom too. The beach and Scarborough centre are within easy walking distance so you can leave the car behind and enjoy a stress free break. This apartment is one of our favourites and Teresa is a wonderful host, friendly, kind and helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Apartment is immaculate, in a great location, close to town centre but away from traffic and crowds. Paul is a top host who has clearly given a lot of thought as to how to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. We often need to be in Todmorden when visiting family. Kerry’s place is our first choice, well placed and easy to find parking. Kerry is friendly and communicates well. We have all we need at Nobel Nook for a short visit.
