We had a great time at Cape Teal. Pictures do not do the place justice. The views are amazing and the landscaping is superb. We traveled with kids and there was so much for everyone to do - from the pool to badminton to bocce ball to the toys in the one bedroom. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely book again if heading to that area. Definitely recommend bringing bug spray and citronella candles as the mosquitoes were out in full force. Even a campfire didn't deter them.

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

The Clark Construction team enjoyed the offsite bonding, efficiency, and great Cape Charles fishery with local guide Clint Lessard on Sho-Nuf Charters. Great time all around and plenty of fish were caught. Hoping to return next year. The Coastal Soul AirBnB was immaculate. Perfect setup for multiple people, well appointed kitchen and seating areas, and great hosts. Thankful for all involved.

Blue Belle was a fun and roomy place to spend a long weekend with our family! It’s in a great area and was easy to get anywhere you wanted to go in Cape Charles. We rented a golf cart but it wasn’t in the best of shape. That’s not Doug’s fault but that of the rental company. Therefore, we didn’t really use it as much as we would have liked. Doug was prompt in getting the washing machine repaired and it was needed. Our granddaughters enjoyed playing the ring on a string game on the back porch and walk to the beach nearby. I recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Catherine’s place in Cape Charles! We felt right at home and super safe since the neighborhood is gated. The surrounding areas were so picturesque. We will definitely be back!!

My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving, and we really enjoyed the comfort of the home and the neighborhood. We will be booking this home for our next trip to Virginia.

We love East of the Sun! It’s well-appointed to create a better vacation experience - great linens, well-stocked kitchen (that you can actually cook in!), and that amazing plunge pool. Our adult kids flip a coin for the guest cottage and its bonus privacy. Cynthia and Tucker are always just a text away, and they know all the ins and outs of Cape Charles to make the visit special. After many weekend trips to town, we found this lovely home as it debuted early during the pandemic - and this was our third summer for a weeks stay since then. We love this home - it’s so much more than a house.

We booked a girls trip, and all four of us loved this peaceful and safe location. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully, simply decorated. The house was furnished with books, games, and very nice outdoor spaces. We only wished that the Keurig and microwave had been listed as amenities, as well as filtered water from the refrigerator. We were surprised that soap was not provided in the showers. We loved our stay and hope to return for another trip. Ahren is very responsive to questions.

My group had a fantastic experience at the home. The house itself is clean and was set up perfectly for our group. It was so close to town but very quiet. We did need to reach out to the hosts on separate occasions and they were very pleasant to speak with and extremely helpful. We would absolutely love to return to Catch at the Cape!

Beachy Keen is a great choice if staying in Cape Charles. Charming home that’s in a great location. The town is basically right behind the property. Everything is walkable. We had a 8 adults but this place would also be great if a couple families with children want to stay for a vacation. Lots of bunk beds!

VIP Cape Charles stay! You are literally steps away from the beach and can sit in your front yard and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The house was even better than pictured, comfortable, clean and very well stocked with items that made our stay even more convenient. Host was friendly, responsive and even had a box of cookies from a local bakery sent our way as an extra warm welcome. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this Cape Charles property.

Paul, was an exceptionally responsive and patient host. When the water utility provided a warning of a potential disruption due to a water main break., Paul promptly notified us. The house was great, the photos accurately capture its' classic elegance. The kitchen is better equipped than almost any home. It is a real "cooks kitchen", replete with all the gadgets you can think of!!! The toys in the garage are wonderful. We really appreciated having bikes and kayaks to use whenever we wanted. What is not seen in the photos is the efficient and effective A/C which cools the house very quickly, and the hot water on demand system provided quick hot water which we really appreciated. Finally, the location across from the beach with a panoramic view of the bay can't be beat!! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the front porch and the master bedroom. Downtown is a short walk away. There is no better house to stay at in Cape Charles

Everything was exactly as described. There are neighbors to the left (looking towards the water) but they were no bother to us. The bed upstairs was a little hard for my husband's liking but I liked it. The house has everything you may need!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It is very nicely put together, complete with board games and puzzles and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated all the space and having a bathroom per bedroom worked out nicely for the three separate families staying there. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend for large groups!

What a great place to stay. It may be the oldest home in Cape Charles, but you’d never know it! Everything was up to date with all the comforts of home, and charm to match the town. Comfortable beds, super kitchen and dining area, and a nice family room to spread out. First floor bedroom is perfect is anyone has trouble navigating the steep stairs to the second floor. It had just snowed and was cold outside, but the house was warm. Couldn’t really use the porch, grill, or golf cart, but would love to come back in the summer. Joseph was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommended!

Nareina was a great host. We had an issue come up prior to arrival and she worked with us and helped out tremendously. She was awesome to work with, very quick responses to questions, and very Pleasant. The house was great, very comfortable and close to area attractions. Outstanding fire pit in the back with great furniture. Very peaceful location and comfortable home!

We rented this beautiful home for 3 weeks and had numerous visits by kids, grandkids, and other relatives during the time. JB was very responsive and helpful, including all the documentation at the house. Weather was perfect(well, two hurricanes passed far to the west and east) with little rain and small effects to the tides/seas. House and sun-room are great for in-climate weather!!The kayak was a huge hit with the younger visitors especially when the bay was "like glass". Restaurant recommendations were spot on with Hook@Harvey being at the top. Thanks JB/Jing for letting us use your fabulous residence for our reunions!!

We had the perfect stay! The front porch is delightful and the neighborhood is so peaceful while still being close to the beach and other things to do in CC. Lindsay provided everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Kristin was an amazing host! Felt like home away from home. She was always responsive and kind. I would gladly stay again if I’m in the area.
