Cape Pearl fit our families needs perfectly and everyone was comfortable for our stay in Cape Charles. The home was very inviting and comfortable with lots of the charm that we have come to expect when staying in the historic district. Everything was as described and Kerry was responsive to the few questions that we had. Overall, a great experience and we would be lucky to stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 weeks while we were moving over the holidays. We had a really great stay! The home is really well appointed with amenities and supplies. The rooms and seating are ample for groups of all sizes. It has a great set up for those that need to work remotely (fast internet, good table and chair, away from the fray, etc). Lastly, the house is right next to the town’s park which is both charming and useful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We will be coming back; the house was wonderful and in a perfect location. The town is so cute, and everyone is super friendly. Only a short walk to the beach, shops, and food. :)

I had the pleasure of staying at The BeeHouse in Cape Charles during New Years with my family, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The house itself is beautiful—spacious, well-decorated, and immaculately clean. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the charming town center and close to the beach. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the host. They were incredibly responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure everything was in order throughout my stay. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the thoughtful amenities provided to the clear communication. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Cape Charles, this is the place to stay!

The home was spotless and very nicely decorated with a beach/seaside theme. It’s very close to Kiptopeke state park and several other points of interest. If you’re a kayaker, boater or an angler, this location is perfect. There are many spots within 10 minutes to launch kayaks or boats. Rural area but within 5 minutes of a convenience store and maybe a 10 minute drive to Food Lion.

If you want a get away with friends or for yourself, this house gives a very relaxed but tidy vibe. I enjoyed a very peaceful time during my stay. Thank you!

My husband and I, along with my son and his girlfriend, drove from CT and had a nice time visiting with our daughter, who lives in Norfolk, and her dog. The neighborhood was nice and quiet this time of year. I’m sure it’s much busier in the summer. We were looking for a place to get away for a few days. This place was able to accommodate all of us for a reasonable rate and in an area that was fun to explore.

Charming Cape Charles getaway! I was so happy to find this gem and even more thrilled when I arrived. From the beautiful landscape of the gated community, to the southern charm of this glorious suite…I wanted for nothing. This enormous suite has all the comforts of home and the location was spectacular. The property offered not only a private beach on the bay , a community pool, a beautiful well maintained golf course, it was also a short drive to the charming town of Cape Charles. Dawn offered endless advice to her favorite restaurants, activities to do and places to see while we visited. She was just a text or call away if I needed anything. Her hospitality was beyond measure. I look forward to coming back.

Really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful mermaid hideaway. It was pretty spacious, a real one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The only thing making it not a full kitchen was no stove. But it has a full fridge, a toaster oven, and a microwave, which was all I needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Good value.

We loved our weekend stay in Cape Charles and this rental was absolutely perfect for our family. Very well equipped home with lovely decor. Angela communicated every detail that we needed for a seamless check in. Would definitely recommend!
