Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

This is the cutest sweetest house! We loved it. So close to everything in town and our dogs were so happy to have some yard out back 💚💚💚ty!!

Had a lovely holiday week in Nancy’s home! We felt right at home. The home was cozy and beautifully sun lit in the mornings ! Nancy had decorated before leaving and it was adorable and sweet. The yard was amazing for my 2 large dogs - they ran around and found toys to play with. The area was walkable with sidewalks that were mostly cleared after the snow. Hilly for sure ! Good workout hehe Super close to MassMoCA and the center of North Adams. Walked a few times with the dogs. There’s a dog run near by as well. A short drive from Bennington, Pittsfield and a handful of ski resorts. We had a great stay. Friendly neighbors, communicative host and lovely surroundings :) would love to be back!

We stayed here on our way to Stowe to break up our long drive with an 8 and 2 year old. It ended up being a wonderful mini trip that we didn't want to leave. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, and amenities. And the location was excellent - about 10 to 12 min to the nearest grocery store and downtown with restaurants, Edith Wharton's estate about 20 min away, and Great Barrington/Stockbridge were easily accessible for day trips. We plan to come back for skiing, and to take advantage of the lake activities in the summer. The only downside was the busy road, as mentioned in the listing, but the traffic quieted down in the evening and it didn't affect our sleep at night with the bedrooms located in the back of the house (husband is a very light sleeper; we did bring and use sound machines just in case).

House is really awesome! We had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend.

My partner and I (and our pups) loved our stay at Mian and Anthony’s home! The home was in a perfect location for what we needed, clean and comfortable, and overall great vibe. ✨ Hosts were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Briggs Cove is several notches above your average AirBnB. It's super cute with tasteful furnishings and fun artwork that you don't usually find in a rental. Fun to see how this historic home has been creatively remodeled. Rocky has thought of everything you might need - an umbrella in the mudroom, bags for when you need to go shopping, cleaning supplies, use of the washer and dryer, and even a hand mixer we were glad to find when we were making chocolate mousse. Beds were comfortable, we stayed nice and warm with the adjustable thermostat in the cold New England winter. As described, this is the first floor unit in a house shared by longer term renters upstairs. You will hear footsteps, etc, but nothing was out of what is normally expected in that arrangement, and everyone is made aware of being respectful. Went for some nice walks in the neighborhood. Would love to stay again.

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

If you have trouble with steep, narrow stairs please heed the warnings on the listing! We were fine. The heating design was a little challenging at first: the main living room and kitchen were fine (each have a heat pump), but on the cold day we arrived it was hard to get heat into the bedroom and extra back room (no wall units—maybe a portable space heater or two would be a good addition?). We finally turned the heat up, used fans and blankets, and got some warmer days which helped make the entire apartment more comfortable. The extra back room was handy (and a welcome surprise!) for my morning yoga and meditation, and the weather was warm enough on our last full day to sit out on the roof deck. Quiet, easy to get to downtown places, great parking, good local recommendations. Would have been nice to know in advance that the coffee maker was a keureg, but that’s a quibble. Thanks!

Donna is a warm and friendly host, and provided all the settling-in information we needed. Her apartment rental is roomy and well-equipped. It's also well-situated for exploring all that the five-colleges area has to offer, and Florence is a very walkable town. We were very comfortable in the apartment — felt at home and enjoyed ourselves greatly!

We spent a wonderful night here for an event at MASS MoCA. It reminded me of old school Airbnb when it was really good---there were snacks and treats for us, kind and informative welcome note, drinks in the fridge, things like that. The museum and main stretch of restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes walking and it's easy to get in and out driving. We'll be staying here again next time we're in western Mass.

Very cute homey place in a beautiful setting, and a great value. Super convenient for visiting Amherst or UMass Amherst (just a couple blocks from UMass campus, and a very short drive to downtown Amherst). Great communication - Deborah messaged before we arrived to make sure we were good with directions and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. She set us up with coffee, eggs, toast, juice, and homemade blueberry jam (!) - really nice. The apartment looks out into woods, and we woke up to a family of deer just chilling right outside.

Great place. I’m from Shelburne Falls so it was nice to be “home”. The place was extremely clean and cozy. Everything was super easy. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a beautiful setting with great views of the mountains, bridge of flowers and quaint little village.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

The place was super cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was adorable and quiet; a really nice place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I loved the neighborhood. Super close drive to Main Street with shops, great coffee shops (although a Keureg fully loaded with coffees and tea options was available at the house) restaurants and things to do were close by. Had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better for skiing at Berkshire East—it’s literally just across the parking lot, which made it so easy to get on and off the slopes. The house itself was super warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook up some great meals without any issues. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we're skiing at Berkshire East! Highly recommend!

Goran's home was very comfortable and we enjoyed many things. The architectural features were top notch with many luxurious details, such as the decorative tiles, the vaulted ceiling, and the large deck. We enjoyed the natural light, and the spacious rooms. The mattress was very comfortable, and we hope to return for another stay. I highly recommend Goran's home. Tracey deJong
