Nice place to sleep! The large windows have a lovely view. We didn’t need to cook (note there’s not a kitchen), but it was nice to have a mini fridge. The beds were comfy.

Perfect spot for a weekend trip, we could walk anywhere we wanted to be and it was great to be near the rail trail as well. Not to mention a comfortable and clean place to end each day in Northampton :)

This is my second time staying here. I mastered some of the things i had found a bit challenging the first time, such as how to use the keypad to leave the house, as opposed to coming in, which was easy. I slept well, the bed is really comfortable, and it basically suits my needs, being close to friends (walkable and driveable), clean, low-key and very simpatico.

This place is a dream and Carol was such a kind and thoughtful host. We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view the first morning of the surrounding hills in peak foliage was amazing to wake up to. And the big tub was so luxurious for taking baths. And it's a very close drive to Northampton and the surrounding areas. Our only regret was that we couldn't have stayed here longer. Will definitely save to come back and visit!

This was the second time we stayed with Robb and Julia as is the perfect stop on a long trip to visit family. They are very welcoming. We very much enjoy sharing conversation with them over a meal. Will visit again!

Great stay! Daniele was amazing! We loved our stay of 3 nights. she recommended a place to eat, Basil's that had amazing food and portions. The place is absolutely amazing and comfortable. So clean!

Jennifer’s place was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

This giant studio is such a sweet set up--right over the garage with access to a little outdoor porch. Very comfy, quiet, cute furniture, peaceful, great lighting. Within walking distance to downtown which made for some nice evening strolls.

Thank you Roxanne for an amazing stay for our group’s mt snow weekend trip. The home was an easy drive to the mountain and there’s plenty of stores/restaurants on the way. Place is super cozy, the indoor fireplace is the best place to gather at night. Roxanne made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and also made us delicious treats throughout our stay (best coconut macarons ever!) She also made sure the snow plow came early in the morning to clear the driveway for us so we can be on our way.

Beautiful home, highly recommend. Would stay again in the near future if available. Quiet and peaceful area. Easy check in.

All we can say is wow. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the guest house is. The hot tub is very spacious. Sam and Kimberly were very attentive and were there for any concerns, yet gave us our privacy to the fullest. The house has everything you could need for a gateway. We loved our stay. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the golf course due to snow but we would love go back and use it in the summer, as well as enjoy the lake. Thank you to Sam and Kimberly for everything.

This home is beautiful and although it’s in the main house they have it to where you do not cross paths at all. It’s very private and peaceful. The only thing that was odd was the amount of lady bugs in the upstairs area.. lol. They are in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view from the master. It accommodated my husband, myself, and our two kids very well. We very much enjoyed our stay.!

Jennifer & Jodi's house is gorgeous, and the Airbnb was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at in a long time. I didn't meet the hosts, but their instructions were very clear, and check-in and check-out were seamless for a quick stay for a local conference. The hosts are obviously thoughtful as indicated by small things like spices and coffee in the kitchen, soft sheets on the beds, and shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. The house is shared, but the space felt very private, and petting one of the sweet kitties was the cherry on top. I'd definitely recommend, and I'd personally stay there again.

Beautiful riverfront haven!

Cute clean and convenient! Only thing is there is truly no sound barrier between the space and the home above, but other than that all was great!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The property is beautiful, easy to find and parking was convenient. They are incredibly dog friendly and our pup loved the yard & brewery nearby on the same property! We had a wedding in Brattleboro VT, which was easily driveable from the air BNB.

I stayed at Debra's guest suite for six weeks. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Debra checked in periodically to make sure that I was comfortable and had what I needed. The space was sunny and clean. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The whole room felt restored and new, with historical elements throughout, like the awesome stained glass windows. The neighborhood is residential, and you can be downtown within a 5-minute walk. Any time I had a question about the unit, Debra was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

A favorite place to stay when in the area!

The room was like a nice little apartment. We felt right at home. Of course we also loved the house cat too! 🩷

Great location in the center of Adams, walkable to many restaurants and a nice walking path. It's a short drive to many attractions and hikes with beautiful scenery in the autumn. It's a small apartment (bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom) next to a larger apartment, so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn't bothersome. The entrance to the apartment is directly into the bathroom, so it would be recommended to stay here with someone you are closely familiar with. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked and clean. Thank you for having us!

Devin was very responsive! Location was perfect for us as we had an event nearby and visited the Basketball hall of fame. Lots of space for all the children with us and we were so appreciative to bring our small dog. Thank you, Devin!

We had a perfect stay! The space was clean, spacious, and full of natural light, with beautiful wooded views out back that filled the air with early spring birdsong. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and share meals—an ideal retreat for my MHC daughter to take a break from her dorm and for us to spend time together. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is within easy walking distance to both the campus and Village Commons. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d love to return!
