Really lovely stay in a beautiful, warm cabin which had everything we needed! Towels, juice, tea, coffee, milk all included. Wifi was helpful with the lack of signal. We arrived in the dark, so it was lovely to wake up to see the horses and ducks!

Great bell tent with plenty of space surrounding the tent for the kids and dogs to play, nice little fire pit for the evening, amazing pizza and burgers cooked on site. The only small negative for us was the heater that was in the tent was to small for the space and didn’t make any difference, we’re not bothered by the chilly nights but we had a baby with us so wanted to take the chill out the air but it didn’t suffice. Apart from that would definitely be returning.

This was our first family holiday in a motorhome and it was brilliant! Sean was great at communicating with us beforehand and when showing us around all the facilities on board. We are a family of 5 and it was a perfect size for us all with plenty of storage. The motorhome was easy to drive and the onboard SatNav proved extremely useful. It was also surprisingly easy to manoeuvre. We booked electric and water hardstand pitches at all our stops which again was great as it meant we had both amenities on tap for our whole holiday. The beds were easy to set up and put away and the kitchen was well-stocked. Our boys loved it and all in all it was a great adventure.

A LOT! . Clean and comfortable caravan. Communication from property owner was fantastic. It was Nice to receive messages to check everything is ok The property is neat and is spacious enough, facilities are excellent, parking space is next to the property, wifi availability and brilliant host. I booked caravan for 4 people’s . when i arrived stephen said you can use your caravan as well Pauls pod its a really amazing pods with barbecue . On night time some problem in electricity in my caravan and i sent to sms to Mr stephen . he came there within 15 min and shorted within 2 minutes. i am really appreciate and he also very gentleman. Amazing experience 🤩 Thank you stephen for chocolates🍫 . i Will definitely recommend and also come back to on up coming summer .. Cheers 🥂

What a gorgeous place to stay, the bell tent had all we needed and the campsite was great. Lovely clean shower block! We would love to come back again!

We had a great stay in the bell tent thank you. The campsite is just lovely. Peaceful. Well maintained. Clean amenities. The tent was well equipped and thoughtfully done. The double bed was lovely and comfortable, clean and well presented. The little sofa beds for the kids could be updated as they weren’t very comfortable for my kids unfortunately. Wonderful stay though and we’d love come back.

We had the most wonderful stay in the Yurt. The hosts were so helpful throughout, from booking to organising special touches for our arrival. We had a perfect evening around the fire and the setting was absolutely beautiful . All of the attention to detail was stunning! Big thanks, we’ll be recommending to all our friends xxx

Sean nous a gentiment cherché à la gare de Apsley comme il nous l’avait proposé (vraiment très pratique en train depuis Londres gare de Easton). Puis il nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du van et où nous pouvions faire nos courses et défaire / organiser nos sacs à dos dans le van. Celui-ci a été pour nous exceptionnel car il nous a permis de faire découvrir la Grande Bretagne à nos deux enfants avec une grande part d’improvisation en s’adaptant aux envies de chacun. On ne pensait pas qu’il était possible de dormir à quatre dedans donc on avait emmené une petite tente mais comme c’est un van moderne les enfants étaient bien en haut et nous en bas du van. Il y avait des étagères bien aménagées pour nos affaires qui étaient dans nos 4 grands sacs à dos de randonnée (ceux-ci une fois aplatis rentraient bien dans le grand tiroir). Bref nous avons été agréablement surpris par tous les aménagements cuisine/ couchage du van. Merci Sean pour nous avoir permis cette belle aventure à quatre!

A fantastic place and brilliant fun with the pool table and dart board. Luke & Carla were really helpful both before and during our stay, and they'd left some lovely welcome gifts out for us when we arrived. The bus was pretty awesome and seeing the jets take off from the airport from the top deck of the bus was brilliant. We walked into Woodstock from the accommodation (about 30 minutes walk) and had a super dinner in town. Loads of parking available at the property as well. Thanks for a super stay!

We had such a wonderful time on Emily’s Green Bus we’ve nicknamed ‘Dom’. We arrived in the evening and found it super easy to find and get inside and within minutes it was warm and cosy for us. Love at first sight, absolutely everything we could need was there and we slept so well in the comfy beds. We were staying to celebrate my hubby’s 60th and this was part of his surprise and he loved it, as did our teenage son. There can’t be many people who can say they have taken a bath in a double decker! The next morning as we woke to birdsong and sunshine we got to take in our surroundings and wow it’s so beautiful. We loved meeting the chickens and goats and the location was perfect for us for driving to The Space Centre and Bletchley Park.

Lovely caravan for a few days away. Barbara was brilliant and set the beds up for us so we didn’t have to try and do it ourselves when we arrived late.

We absolutely loved our stay. The horse trailer was so cosy and waking up to horses in the fields was just a dream. Great communication by the host who was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed but still gave us our space. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were brilliant, it had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!

George and Holly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable for the entire party, setting us up a whole different tent with more ventilation to ensure our dog didn't overheat! They offered suggestions of local places to visit, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The tent itself is beautifully set out, with everything you need for a glamping experience! Overall, a very comfortable and peaceful weekend, we'll certainly be back!

We cannot recommend Walters Retreat highly enough. Suzanne and her family made us feel so welcome, the communication before and during our stay was exemplary. The safari tent (and bell tents) were spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was better than most hotels I've stayed in. The hot tub, trampoline, swing, fire pit and wooded area all went down a treat with the children (and the adults) and the fact that it was in a secure field was a bonus. We were staying to celebrate a relatives birthday and could not have asked for a more memorable time.

We had a fantastic stay at the bell tents. 13 of us stayed in the apartment tent for 2 nights. We loved all of the thought that had gone into the decor in out tent- tea/coffee facilities, two comfy sofas, fridge, plug sockets and lovely ornaments. The beds were very comfy! mattresses whilst camping was a luxury! We had our own large table which we used for a sip and paint activity, dinner and breakfasts which we cooked on our bbq (bbq provided by host) We were also able to make use of the large communal fire pit where we melted marshmallows and used the outdoor seating area to enjoy some Proseccos before heading out. We also organised a grazing board through the host for our stay which was lush! The host was attentive and communicated well in the lead up to our stay, ensuring everything was organised for our arrival. Thank you for making our weekend so special, would definitely return and recommend to others. *bug deterrent spray is recommended if you’re prone to bites

Hempsall farm is a wonderful place to relax, unwind and re connect with the natural surroundings. The location is spot on, right on the edge of the Fens, the views especially in the evenings are superb. The glamping tents really are top notch and the hot tubs are great! Pippa and Stuart were wonderful hosts and it was really interesting to learn about their vegan lifestyle (food for thought)

Excellent Service!! Julie expected our late booking on the day of our stay. We arrived late at night in the rain and she still came out to greet us even though it was not necessary. Clear instructions on how to use the camper van. It was a nice stay overall. Thanks a lot!

Greta place to stay. Peaceful and a friendly host

Four of us have just had the most wonderful stay at meadowfield, beautiful surroundings and super comfy home from home under canvas. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of from warm and cosy beds to a lovely welcome basket on arriving. We met the alpacas, spent our evenings on the porch, enjoyed the total tranquility and peace and generally had the most brilliant weekend. Fabulous hosts providing a uniquely fun but still relaxing getaway for catching up with friends!
