We all had a lovely weekend stay, so peaceful and a great location, the 3 bedrooms and en-suites offer good spacious accommodation and well equipped with everything you need, loved the woodland and wildlife, good proximity to Oxford

This is a beautiful cottage with a huge hot tub me and my partner had an amazing stay here with all the amenities you could want and more it was so clean and felt right at home here 5 stars from us we will define be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

amazing stay really private and hit tub was really nice, relaxing with the log burner and Sylvia even made a homemade cake for us included in the birthday package, got the flowers requested and decorated really nicely including a bottle of champagne! really nice house would definitely stay again!

This place is way better than the photos give it justice, and the fireplace at the property is on of the best I’ve ever seen in my life, and its something I really value in an air bnb. The place has so much character, and the grounds are quite simply stunning, incredibly tranquil, a top quality jacuzzi, which is away from view of the property and very private! It’s one of the most value for money places I’ve ever been on Airbnb and Sally is a gem of a person too, funny, smart, informative and there if you need her! I will 100% be recommending this place to people and I will definitely return. 10/10 👌🏻

I didn't actually stay in Sundial Cottage, as Tori messaged me to say she was fully booked, but she found me another property just a few yards away. We stayed in The Hideaway, hosted by Holly, and it was lovely. A beautiful property, with two pubs you can walk to. There is a cafe really close by that we got breakfast from and it was delicious. The sandwiches and toasties also look amazing. I highly recommend The Hideaway, but hope to one day stay in Tori's cottage too. Thank you Tori and Holly for a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Old Forge. The cottage was exactly as described by Lindsay. Communication was excellent and there were clear instructions from the hosts. We enjoyed the light and airy living area, a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The cottage was warm and there was plenty of hot water. The outside space was beautifully kept. I looked at all of the rentals in this area before booking and this was competitively priced and well located for exploring the area. Look forward to staying again the next time we visit the Cotswolds.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

we live within a couple of hours of had property, bug fancied a weekend away and this cottage was perfect. As soon as you walked in you could tell it was well looked after and smelt clean and a fresh laundry smell and the bedding was also clean and smelled of fabric softener....which is a nice touch. The whole cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend. All amenities you could ask for and the host left us a nice welcome pack too.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Deer View Cottage in Blockley. Firstly, the location is perfect just a short walk form the centre of the beautiful village of Blockley and the cottage in a row of terraced houses is exactly as described and in the pictures, in keeping with the surroundings. Despite arriving in the evening, entering the cottage was easy thanks to the clear instructions given by the hosts and on entering the cosiness of the cottage quickly became apparent. Furnishings were good quality and in great condition and added to the ambience ensuring I felt very comfortable and able to relax shortly after arrival. The hosts have thought of everything that may be required during your stay with a full range of utensils and appliances (including cleaning products) in the beautifully laid out kitchen on the lower floor and towels and bedding already provided meaning you needn't bring your own. Only warning would be the narrow staircase but perfect for a cosy getaway cottage.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

Great cottage in private secluded area surrounded by countryside and woodlands.

Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Very quiet location with lots of birdsong in the garden. We visited several sites from Bath to Kenilworth Castle and lots in between. Hosts were close by if we needed them but allowed us complete privacy.

Very accommodating, lovely hosts, great and functional amenities. Log burner was a hit! It was a nice and peaceful atmosphere. Small corner shop just near the church which was useful. Visited Harold Odell country park which was lovely with a good circular route and a cafe. Philip was super helpful in arranging some flowers and banners for my partners birthday too. Very responsive.

Comfortable stay in town-centre accommodation. Well-decorated and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked with basics but there are shops on your doorstep for anything else you need. Despite being in the centre of town, it is quiet and peaceful, being in a small cul-de-sac off the high street. Jill / Louise are perfect hosts, very accommodating and helpful. There are one or two small drawbacks: if you have anything other than a small car, you will find it difficult to get in and out - the cul-de-sac entrance is very tight, as is the allocated parking space. There's also a low beam in the bedroom which is easy to clonk your head against. But we knew about these issues as we've stayed there before, and they weren't a problem for us.
