An outstanding, well-appointed place in a great location, close to Cowley Rd and some great pubs and cafes. Lisa was a responsive and helpful host. I really felt at home - could not have asked for more!

Gill is very friendly and always helpful. She adds some lovely little touches, such as a fruit bowl and breakfast. This is our second stay here and we will definitely stay again.

Lovely little place to stay for a night or two, not huge but has everything you need, including a small table and chairs, which I didn't see in the pictures. Beautifully clean and tidy, and a very helpful host who even offered to take us to the restaurant we had booked. Thoroughly recommended!!

Carol and Philip are such lovely host, had a really good chat with Philip. The room was as described, easy breakfast things provided such as fruits, tea, coffee, cornflakes and bread for toast. I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Beautiful surroundings, cosy atmosphere inside the house, and a very kind host. If you want a peaceful and calm weekend in the countryside (and just 10 mins drive to the ‘Downton Abbey’ village of Bampton), this is the place! If you are an artist, you’ll find inspiration too. We have stayed in a few Airbnb’s, but Daniel’s annexe is by far the best we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning accomodation. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to everyone.

Nice comfortable and relaxing. In a very quiet area and only 5 mins walk to the race course. Nice little touches tea, coffee and biscuits and porridge for breakfast. Very quick communication Really enjoyed ourselves and would go back, thank you

A lovely little place which is perfect for dogs. The area had a secure garden, a log burner and plenty of space. The location was ideal for lovely dog walks and the nearest town had lots of lovely country pubs with amazing food.

We enjoyed our short stay at Elizabeth's place. It is in a peaceful, homey and safe surrounding. It was squeaky clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The place is about 10-12 mins walk from the train station (with a 20 min fast train into Central London). It is a few mins walk from a couple of local pubs which we enjoyed. Would stay again !

We spent two nights in The Studio and absolutely loved it. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well-equipped; ideal for the two of us. Would recommend 100% and definitely want to return.

We had a lovey stay at Liz’s place. Very comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay. Liz was very welcoming and gave clear directions and help ahead of our arrival. A beautiful spot to stay.

Stayed in the Dove Cot for a number of days to be near daughter and son in law. It was very comfortable particularly the bed. It had all the things you needed to cook nmals. It was quiet and peaceful , cosy and warm. although away at the time John and Anita were cery responsive and helpful including arranging a late check out. Good value for money even for 1. It would be even better for 4 staying.

Great little place to stay nice and quiet loction in the hertfordshire countryside with lots of local pubs with great food. Would well recommend Ian's place.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Well what a perfect little place!!! So welcoming and cozy Lots of extra little touches such as Gaviscon(!!) and tea bags biscuits etc. The bed was really comfy and the surroundings were so peaceful We really loved our flying visit and we are sorry we didn’t have longer to chill in the patio area! Thank you again I hope we will be back to visit soon

We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Hemingford Grey. There are lovely walks out from the Airbnb and easy travel to Cambridge on the guided bus if you don’t want to drive. A well stocked shop in the village as well.

We had a great stay at Cumnor Hill. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed. It’s a great spot for local walks and trips into Oxford. Chris was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay and Amy was a really good host giving us all the information we needed to access the property and enjoy our stay. The house is kept clean, tidy and perfect for what we needed. Thanks so much
