Lovely house. Parking directly outside. A quick taxi ride to Oxford centre. Very close to the A34 which was great for us travelling from Brum. And a lovely pub (The Fishes) just 5 minutes away (walking!). It was perfect for us, and when we return to Oxford for our next visit, we will be looking to book here again!!

Vincent and his place was excellent. Communication was excellent. His place was spotless and a minimalist vibe which I love. Everything you needed was there. Some coffee and tea provided. Right next to the station to be able to commute to London. Quiet, secure care parking. And if you fancy a roast dinner there is a place right accross the street. High key recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, our host, Esther, went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail was carefully considered to make us feel at home. Esther was responsive and friendly, truly making our trip memorable. She ensured that we had everything we needed, and her hospitality was outstanding. My daughter and I had an amazing few days here and Isabel was so helpful before our arrival and whilst we stayed. The welcome pack including local fresh bread and quality chocolate were lovely touches. The studio was a really luxurious place to stay, yet also very homely. Lighting the fire and sweeping the ash the next morning brought back wonderful childhood memories of my Nana’s house. Despite not being far from home, we both managed to relax, enjoyed being creative with our hobbies and explored some of the surrounding countryside, local villages and Stamford. The Blonde Beet for lunch was recommended by Isabel and it did not disappoint us. The food was so wonderful. Watching the little lambs and walking amidst the snowdrops through the little wood on the estate, helped us relax even more. On our second evening it was exciting being able to prepare a meal for my husband and other daughter who were working and they joined us for the evening. It was really special. Thanks Isabel.

We needed a place super fast and Bobby's place was ideal. Early check in was made possible and saved the day for us. The house was exactly as expected and nothing was too much trouble for the host.

We had an amazing stay at the Railway Inn! The house is large and everything is so well organised inside. Daniel is an amazing host, very quick to respond and really helpful. Jacuzzi is hands down the best part of the house and we had a wonderful time enjoying it. Highly recommended for couples looking for a private getaway! Plenty free on street parking.

We booked this for a family break with parents and 2 toddlers over Christmas and we were not disappointed. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of the property; extremely clean, cosy and a well stocked kitchen. It is easy to find, in the heart on Leamington Spa; within walking distance to all the restaurants, parks and boutiques that the town has to offer. Located on a quiet road off the main thorughfare, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep in the super-comfy beds. Off street parking for the 2 cars was very convenient. Thanks for being a great host Luca, we will be back!

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

Responsive host and left clear instructions, the place was clean and tidy and was in a great location!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!
