Just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle, and nestled near some great restaurants, delis and small-eats places. The place was beautiful, and a special unexpected bonus was that we could see the New Year’s Eve fireworks display from the lounge room window. From 11:30 they did a countdown firework every 5 minutes until midnight and when we realised we could see it we were excited to watch the show with an entirely unobstructed view. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable, room had enough space for our two suitcases. Walking to big tourist hotspots is super easy (just make sure you have access to maps!).

perfect place to stay for a holiday in Firenze, near everything but in a quiet corner. the apartment is exactly as described, spacious for two people and with full amenities. we had a great time and were really comfortable. thanks!

We loved our stay! The location to restaurants, shopping, local cafes and pastry shops was perfect. We loved the apartment and had everything we needed for our entire stay of 3 nights. You can't get a better place right where the gondolas pass by your apartment. Perfect!

L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto e presentava tutti i servizi indicati. Mi sono trovato bene, il mio viaggio di lavoro è stato molto comodo ed ho potuto anche lavorare in smartworking grazie al wi-fi. La posizione mi permetteva gli spostamenti a piedi ed il rapido raggiungimento di varie fermate bus per spostarmi in città secondo le mie esigenze. Il riscaldamento regolabile per orario e temperature mi è stato molto utile e l’ho molto apprezzato. Inoltre il sig. Michele è stato molto attento e disponibile, lo ringrazio in particolare per avermi consentito un check-out più comodo per orario. Consiglio l’alloggio.

This is a beautiful apartment within a short walking distance from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and just a WA message away. I am grateful to the host for buying a bouquet of flowers in advance so that we could have them at check-in. The communication was clear, and local recommendations were good. The water taxi service was very helpful. Overall, we had the most amazing time in Venice. Grazie!

Valentina was a GREAT host, she was helpful when we arrived (insisted on carrying my wife’s bag up the stairs). Felt right at home. She greeted us with “local” treats and gifts. She was thoughtful about everything, even sent a message to make sure all was good on the first morning. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von Terrasse und den Fenstern ist sehr schön! Ich habe mich sehr gefreut morgens die Fensterläden aufzumachen und meinen Kaffee direkt am Fenster zu trinken. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Es war alles in bester Ordnung - gerne wieder!

One of the best AirBnB experience we had. Ebe is a fantastic host. She was responsive, courteous and even gave us tips for our ongoing journey. The place itself is so clean, comfortable, cosy and the kitchen well equipped with functioning and quite new kitchen utensils. Checking in was easy. Parking around 350 metres away. The unit is not far from the furnicular to Como and the view is beautiful (it is on a hill). We truly had a wonderful time at Ebe’s place and would not hesitate to recommend it to people. The place size is sufficient for 4 guests. Thank you, Ebe, for all your help and hospitality and being the wonderful person that you are. We wish you all the best!

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Si cercava relax di fine settimana, non potevamo trovare di meglio. Alloggio immerso nel verde dell'immediato entroterra di Ancona, il cui centro è raggiungibile in dieci minuti. Roberto e Mattia ci hanno accolto "da vecchi amici", accompagnandoci nell'alloggio (del quale ci ha colpito subito l'estremo ordine e la pulizia) e fornendoci indicazioni preziose in merito a ristoranti, percorsi da fare, e siti da visitare in Ancona. Una osservazione (che poi è una nota di merito) già espressa a voce a Roberto e che può essere utile a tutti: le foto non rendono pieno merito alla bellezza del posto e a quella dell'appartamento, bellezza molto più apprezzabile dal vivo. Insomma, per concludere, una esperienza estremamente soddisfacente, della quale non riesco a trovare alcun aspetto negativo. Complimenti sinceri per la serietà e cordialità degli host...non è da tutti.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Das Apartment ist direkt neben den Giardini gelegen, eine Vaporetto Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem die Via Garibaldi, wo man viele Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch Supermärkte finden kann. Cristina war besonders freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell und hilfreich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Sehr zu empfehlen! 👍👍👍👍

Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo, completo di ogni accessorio (addirittura una televisione nel living ed una in ogni stanza da letto), sito in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Marcello host eccezionale, cordiale, attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, sempre reattivo. Esperienza assolutamente top e location da tenere a riferimento per le altre occasioni ed esigenze di alloggio nella zona di Bergamo.

Breathtaking views!! We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 and it was absolutely fantastic! Michele was super friendly and helpful, He answered all our questions and provided us with information we needed pretty much straight away throughout the whole week. There were brochures waiting for us with recommendations of restruants and travelling around which were super helpful. On top of that the views you get to experience are incredible absolutely stunning villa in the perfect location for peace and relaxation. Thankyou for having us we will be back!

The house was warm intimate -lovely - very thoughtful - we felt very comfortable. - and the grounds and larger environs were beautiful

We stayed at Daniela’s place for a few days and it was amazing. Very clear instructions to get inside. Often times elevators are very small in Milan, and we had some issues with baby stroller before, but this building had a big one which was very helpful. Daniela was responsive and super helpful. I forgot my computer at her place after checking out, realized it at the airport, but she was able to keep my computer so that my friend can pick it up for me. I very much appreciated that. She also gave us a crib (with mattress—sometimes people offer a crib but no mattress), highchair, baby bathtub and some books for no extra charge which is extremely rare. I really really appreciated them as traveling with a small baby could be stressful. I highly recommend her place!!!

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

Ilona’s place is perfect. Close to most of the major sites, but just outside of all of the bustle. Very walkable to great food and venues. We lived her place and look forward to staying again when we are back in Milan.

Wonderful for a family of 4-5 people.. Cosy and comfortable 2-bedroom space, exactly as described.. Very much in the heart of the town.. Easy access to all sights, gondolas, train station, etc.. Alessandro was a wonderful host, very proactive and cooperative..

We had a wonderful stay at Cristiano's place. We booked the place at the very last minute and Cristiano was super responsive and even came himself to give us access to the apartment. The neighborhood is cute and only a 10-minute walk from the historical center, plus parking was easy enough. I was working during the day from the place, and it was quite convenient, and the kitchen was fully equipped. All in all, we definitely recommend the place and would return in a heartbeat!

Bardzo polecam, mieszkanie było czyste, gospodarz bardzo miły i komunikatywny szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Ładna spokojna okolica, łatwo dostać się do centrum miasta. Można spacerem kanałem lub tramwajem. Parkowanie auta pod domem bez problemu, dużo miejsc :)

We loved this place! Traveling with two kids under 3 - the toy room was amazing, so many cool toys! Play pen and highchair provided along with kids plates/ cups. Plenty of books and movies to choose from. Large and clean apartment. Kitchen very well equipped to cook meals Very close to train station - it was easy for us to walk there. Very easy to get to public transit. Cheap all you can eat sushi right outside bedroom window. Large park right across the street. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Carla & her husband were lovely and very helpful with our stay. They were kind enough to let us leave our luggage for 2 hours between check out and our next train departure! The apartment was clean and well equipped. We hung our laundry out to dry on the clothesline. Enjoyed the little patio table at night. Local restaurant suggestions were perfect! Food was delicious ⭐️ La Spezia is a great spot! Location of apartment perfect!- 3 min Walk from train station, across from main piazza, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery and anything you need.
