Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Northeast Italy

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

Wraz z rodziną spędziliśmy wakacje w domu Sajka. Okolica cicha położona z dala od centrum, przydatny samochód. Dom czysty, łóżka wygodne, kuchnia z pełnym- dosłownie -wyposażeniem. Wielkość basenu wystarczająca, by się schłodzić, bawić, pływać (gl. ok 1,5m). Właścicielka nieobecna w trakcie pobytu, w dniu naszego przyjazdu i wyjazdu także. W trakcie pobytu do wyjazdu wszyscy byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, niestety 2 dni po powrocie do domu właścicielka pokazała swoje oblicze. Jej żądania wysłane za pośrednictwem tej aplikacji dot. zapłaty ponad 7500,00 zł. za rzekomo wyłamany uchwyt plastikowy, kropki, plamki na płytkach wyssane są z kosmosu. Na marginesie: Kto to wyceniał??? Pozostał niesmak. Moja rada: spisujcie protokół przekazania i oddania domu. Ocena domu: 5+ Ocena właściciela: 1

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Śliczne miejsce do którego każdego dnia z wielką przyjemnością się wracało, niedaleko miasteczka oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, gotowi pomóc w każdej sytuacji z wysokim poziomem komunikacji. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Résidence calme et à proximité de toutes commodité, avec un box pour la voitures, petit bonus pour la piscine très peu fréquenté Un grand merci à notre hôte qui à été d’un gentillesse incroyable et nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter afin de rendre notre séjour parfait ! Tolle neue Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber! Die 3 Wohnungen sind noch sehr neu, die Anlage und Pool sind toll. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kann zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen. Lucia und Familie waren außergewöhnlich nett, aber dennoch sehr diskret. Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter dort, Babybett etc. wurde perfekt bereitgestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist in sehr kurzer Zeit am See, wo man super entspannen und schwimmen kann. Auch der Pool war uns sehr willkommen. Der Balkon war sehr schön und auch in der Küche konnten wir gute Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Ohne Auto wäre einkaufen sehr mühsam gewesen, mit Auto allerdings optimal. Alessia war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich :) Wir würden hier aufjedenfall wieder herkommen!

Carla's place is in a peaceful residential complex with a beautiful (but very cold!) shared pool. Easy 10 minute walk to Lasize which is a gorgeous lakeside town with lots of bars and restaurants.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Marco und seine Familie waren extrem gastfreundlich. Ausflugsziele wie Porec, Rovinj, Burgen und Höhlen, tolle Restaurants, Strand sind gut innerhalb von 10-20 min zu erreichen. Es war wunderschön, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgeber!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es hat alles einwandfrei mit der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Alles Super! Das Haus war Blitzsauber und eine Stunde früher Bezugsfertig. Im Kühlschrank stand für uns Wein und es gab Obst vom Gastgeber. Wir durften mit dem Hund auf die Wiese hinter dem Haus, wo auch öfters die Pferde von Giuliano grasen. Giuliano ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Er brachte uns im Laufe der Woche eine Flasche red Label und immer wieder von seinem selber Hergestellten Likör (der super lecker ist). Giuliano verbrachte einen Abend sogar mit uns zusammen. Wir können wirklich nichts beanstanden. In einer halben Stunde ist man an einem der schönsten Strände, die ich persönlich in Kroatien sah (Plaža Prižinja) Der kurze Fußweg lohnt sich! Und wer in Labin essen geht, sollte die Pizzeria Napoli ausprobieren (günstig und mega lecker).
