Jim and Jo Ellen were responsive hosts. Jim led us back to the cabin and oriented us to the space. The cabin has everything we needed and an AMAZING view. Highly recommend booking a stay if you are in the area.

The property was so great. Cabins are small but that was expected and honestly still had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time staying here and the cabin had been remodeled on the inside. It was great before, but the updates are beautiful! There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked every night and never were lacking in what we needed. And the property is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again!

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.

This is a beautiful, truly off the grid place to stay. It was super relaxing and we had an awesome time despite the rainy weather. I did send Liz a message but didn’t get a response. The question answered itself when I arrived but would have been nice not to have to pack the item I asked about. This place doesn’t have a tv which didn’t bother us at all, but some might want one😂. Overall, wonderful stay and we would definitely go again!

Great for a weekend getaway. Beautiful scenery views from hot tub, great fire ring for an evening of roasting marshmallows. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Kitchen stocked with all necessities!

Exceptional response. Went for a relaxing get away and that is exactly what we experienced. Great place to get some needed relaxation. Pictures were spot on with layout.

Perfect weekend getaway in the forest! I loved this tiny home. It had everything we needed and wanted. I loved being able to look out into the forest all around. So cozy and cute! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

had great stay cabin was so clean we enjoyed the yard friday night with our daughter and son in-law until they headed back to columbus. Saturday we headed to Holmes county and had a great drive and enjoyed the stores and food it was a perfect stay thank you for every thing.

My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Tiny Haven while we were in town visiting family. It was like staying in a tree house in the woods! Kathy greeted us with wine and homemade cookies (we never did crack open the wine but the cookies were delicious!) The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We took walks through the woods in the mornings, and stargazed from the porch in the evenings. Having a campfire in the teepee out back was a definite highlight! One important note that we overlooked when booking was that there is no wifi. It is clearly stated in the listing that wifi is not provided, so that was our mistake. For a 6-day stay, it was a major inconvenience for us—but if you're staying for a short while or if you don't mind being without wifi, it may not be an issue for you. Overall, we would recommend the Tiny Haven to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy getaway. Thanks, Kathy!

The Haven was absolutely lovely. Positives: pretty country setting, beautiful pond, wildlife to see, thoughtful host details, minimalistic decor that was pleasing to the eye, extremely clean, comfortable bed and linens, great porch with outdoor furniture and propane fire table, good fireplace setup by pond, close to nice restaurants, quick reply and help with a household question, enjoyed the gas stove in living area, easy check in and simple checkout. No negatives to speak of!

This place was so beautiful and relaxing. Loved being able to walk down to the river and enjoy the sights and sounds!

Our stay at the cabin exceeded our expectations. The cabin itself was pristinely clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a peaceful, lovely setting- perfect for birdwatching and watching the sunset and sunrise. David was a responsive and kind host. Would love to stay here again someday, and highly recommend it.

A gem! So thoughtfully furnished, beautifully maintained, and comfortable for us and our dog. We were very impressed and would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the place was styled and clean. We loved all the newer amenities- swivel tv, dishwasher, heated floors, remote control blinds, fire pit and heated table with a view and hot tub.There were plenty of towels and supplies. Bed and couch were comfy and love the closeness of it all, I can cook while having convo with another. If I had to complain about anything there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub. it was steaming in to our mouth and eyes. This made it very hard to enjoy. Overall it was a great place and we will be back. Also love being able to see farm animals all day!

We have stayed here a couple of times and really enjoy our time here. They recently added a fire pit in the back. We have used the propane one on the back deck in the past but weather prevented us from using either one this trip. Mike and Jess are always responsive and helpful. This house is our go to for trips to Northern Ohio and I highly recommend it. Quiet and peaceful stay. I highly recommend them as hosts and there properties are the best.

This place was exactly what we needed! A private little escape not far from home, but just far enough. Inside the privacy fence was a secret oasis just for us! We can’t wait to come back:)

Eric's place was even nicer than the pics and descriptions. The location provided easy, quick access to Berlin, including many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the weather was too windy and cold to enjoy the fire pit. However, the porch and outside space were great.

My fiancée & I stayed here only for one night, just for a getaway, & man oh man did we want to stay a full week!! It was beautiful, clean & cozy. Jeff was a super host & we are extremely pleased with our stay & having him as a host! 10/10 recommend!! We WILL stay here again !

The place is private, serene and peaceful. We loved the cabin, lake and surroundings.

Very cozy cottage love the walking distance. The wind was a little too much and a little chilly for us to walk, but it stand true to the information. It is close to the areas of great food. It’s a very sweet quaint kind looking town well worth it.
