Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Everything was exactly like the photos—if not even more beautiful in person. The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Marisa was an exceptional host—she always responded quickly, was super kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I 100% recommend this place without hesitation! And when I return to Sydney, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Truly a fantastic experience!

The home is extremely spacious. Well fitted out and with a fabulous harbour seaview and access to Manly (25 min walk along the shore) it gave us a great base to enjoy ourselves. We were 8 minutes walk to Fairlight swimming beach - fabulous! Bob was really pleasant to deal with and gave us some great tips on where to find things and settle in quickly. A great host.

Amazing location, heavenly! Perfect getaway right by the sea…couldn’t ask for a better home away from home! Truly enjoyed my stay, it had everything I needed and more for my short break. Definitely will be back !

Roslyn was an amazing Host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Made our experience even better as she made us feel at home. The house itself is incredible, light, breezy and uniquely up amongst the trees which made it even more relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

Amanda’s family friendly home is located in a beautiful quiet residential area only 10 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and it was lovely to have breakfast with the thoughtful package Amanda had ready for us. Amanda was a kind host and she kindly picked us up from the ferry terminal and also to a local wine shop as I wanted to get some to take home. Her family friendly home is highly recommended to spend time by the Northern beaches like locals.

The location is amazing. It’s an authentic beach house. One bathroom is outside which was a bit inconvenient in the weather but all in all a beautiful holiday house. Decor is better than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was good being met at the house to collect the key. Elyse from Palm Beach Holiday Rentals was very friendly and helpful. She showed us through the house, help set up the internet on our phones & brought back extra floor towels so that we could dry off and not get water in the house.

Very spacious home for a large group. Lots of space and different areas to relax. An amazing location to enjoy stunning sunrises and the spectacular beach.

Our stay was great at this beautiful home in Freshwater. The home was easy to access with the instructions we received, we had everything we needed during our stay and the house was well presented. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a clean, well-equipped home in a fantastic location.

This was such a lovely getaway - we just got a water taxi from Church Point and it was so close - so easy to get out on the jetty and take everything inside. So beautiful looking over the water. We bought supplies at the mini-mart at Church Point and made a simple dinner, everything was there that we needed, and we relaxed and decompressed completely - it was perfect.

Alison’s home is even more beautiful than the pictures and great Mackeral beach is a very special spot. We did not want to leave. Thanks for the great stay.

Sunny and her team are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at Sunny's place. We loved everything about the apartment with the new appliances. There is plenty of light and air in the unit and we particularly appreciated the balcony, swimming pool and location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area and a lively nightlife on the weekends as well. Sunny also graciously was able to accommodate a late checkout time which really helped us out on our trip. Our stay here totally enhanced our first visit to Sydney. We love Sydney and we would love to stay in the same apartment whenever we can return.

Lesley's place was absolutely beautiful - standout is definitely the Rushcutters/city views. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully designed (definitely not your stock standard airbnb) and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for a great stay, hope to be back soon!

Sehr gut gelegene kleine Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Robyn. Auf dem Dach ist ein kleiner Pool mit Blick über die Stadt, wir haben abends auf der sehr großen Dachterasse gerne mit einem Glas Wein gesessen und über die Skyline und das Wasser geschaut aber genau so fasziniert einer Gruppe laut schnatternder Kakadus in den Bäumen vor dem Haus zugesehen. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus, zur U Bahn kann man in 15 min gehen, trotzdem sehr ruhige Gegend, ein sehr schöner Park am Wasser ist 5 min entfernt. Kleine aber feine Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Elisa’s place was absolutely wonderful. Easy clear directions for check in. Apartment was exactly like in the photos and very well equipped with everything you could need and then some. We stayed for 5 weeks and Elisa had generously supplied everything we would need for a family of four that lasted us quite a while. The apartment was very quiet and in a great location with an amazing view. Was easily walkable to the bus, ferry, and trains. Elisa was very responsive any time we had a question about things. She was such a positive and supportive light while we were looking for a permanent place to live in Sydney. If given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

An amazing extended stay with incredible ocean views. Couldn’t recommend more! Fabi’s place is beautifully decorated and feels like an (extremely nice) home away from home. Fabi was a wonderful host, very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience in the heart of Manly.
