The place is with one word Perfect!! Beautiful villa,with beautiful interior and exterior ,from a to Z everything was amazing! Host was very kind and very fast responsive. She even sent me email of everything around!!Very beautiful to spent meaningful time with family and friends! Definitely recommending and will stay again

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit überdachter Terrasse am Pool. Traumhafter Blick auf die Küste und seitlich in Richtung Land und Berge, von der Dachterrasse aus sogar 360 Grad Rundblick. Unkomplizierter Check in mit Schlüsselbox. Die Kommunikation mit Raks war super, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Mit dem Auto fährt man wenige Minuten, um viele kleine und größere Supermärkte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - danke Raks ☺️

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very nice place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Villa was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and great living room with perfectly working WiFi and open kitchen. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Amazing rooftop terrace and very clean pool were additional highlights. Very calm place in closed area with other villas - perfectly to have a relaxed time. But everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants, bars or beaches. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with owners Marina & Constantinos. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by phone or messaging. Even special requests were solved just nice, quick and easy. Would definitly come back. Thanks a lot Marina & Constantinos for everything. :)

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Замечательное место для отдыха семьей. Вилла включает в себя три спальни на втором этаже, два санузла (один на первом этаже, один на втором), кухню и просторную гостиную с большим обеденным столом. Очень понравилось собираться всей компанией за этим столом на обед, ужин и завтрак. Гостиная очень просторная светлая, в ней приятно находиться. В спальнях мебели не много, но есть все необходимое. Из посуды есть все, что нужно. Очень радовал бассейн чистый и теплый. К ближайшему пляжу 5 минут ходьбы. Но мы арендовали автомобиль и посещали разные пляжи Протараса.

Werkelijk prachtig, uniek huis met spectaculair uitzicht op zee. Het huis heeft een speelse indeling; goede bedden en ruime stijlvol ingericht kamers. Wij waren er in februari, met nogal koud weer. Er is een haard-en die heb je in de avonduren dan echt wel nodig. Ruime keuken om naar hartelust te koken. Een aanrader voor wie rust zoekt en gevoelig is voor de esthetiek van architectuur.

Een super fijn huis! Wij verbleven er met onze 3 jonge kinderen en die hebben zich prima vermaakt. Helaas was het zwembad wel wat koud begin maart maar toch hebben we er allemaal wel in gezwommen :) fijne slaapkamers, fijne huiskamer en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. De host is super vriendelijk en reageert meteen bij vragen. Ook had hij nog goede tips om te gaan eten. Mooie stranden dichtbij! En Cyprus is echt een aanrader!

Beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location with stunning sea views. We had a fabulous family holiday here with 11 people and we all want to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Host Agni was also very helpful.

When we needed help due to a sever situation the host has helped us a lot. We thank her and trust her with all our heart. Defenetly we will come next year!

Das Haus liegt nahe Protaras, Restaurants per Auto in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool (beheizt gegen Zahlung). Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier. Das eine Dreibettzimmer ist sehr klein. Alle drei Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer Zugang und Smart TV. Optimal wahrscheinlich mit einer Belegung von 6 Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer gute Strandmöglichkeiten, im Winter von der Lage eher nicht zu empfehlen da viele Ausflugsziele per Auto 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt liegen. Für ca. 200 pro Nacht eine tolle Villa und zu empfehlen. Pavlos ist ein Super Gastgeber, er kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen. Dankeschön Pavlos!

Super Villa, war sehr zufrieden. Echt empfehlenswert!! Top lage. Mit Taxi oder Quad max 4min bis man an der Partymeile ist. Keine hat was gesagt wenn wir nachts laut musik gehört haben. Und die Villa einfach traumhaft. Ich werde wieder kommen. Danke danke an das Team

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️

Quiet and friendly location, walkable to the harbour but enough distance to enjoy the peace. Large and smart house with everything you need. Stayed here to compete in the Oceanman sea swim as a family. Recommend both the competition and the accommodation!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Lenos' Airbnb! The place was perfect for our vacation – clean, spacious, and in a great location. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the ideal getaway!

The villa was absolutely amazing. Exactly as in the photos. It looks so good that my poolside pictures look photoshopped! Everything looks brand new. I've been to Cyprus 4 times now and this is my favorite villa. The Villas are near a hotel which is where check in was. Really useful as the was someone available to ask about local shops etc. Also they have us a free breakfast voucher for one day! it has a play area for kids at the hotel and the kids menu at the bar is so good and cheap . It was so convenient to have this so near. Also it's only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and the beach. Absolutely loved it and already been recommending to my friends.

Super Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder. Wir waren total glücklich damit. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Sogar Wasserspielzeug für den Pool und Trinkwasserspender im Haus waren vorhanden.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location over looking the mountains. Was very clean and tidy and Magda greeted us upon arrival making the check in very easy. Thank you Magda you were great :)

Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.
