Our stay at Laura and Antti was most comfortable and memorable. They were both responsive and helpful. We had an early morning check in having booked the place from previous night onwards. Laura offered to pick us from the station and helped us check in. The place was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the pictures. All things of requirement were present. The place overlooks the river and is barely a 2 min walk. The tourist informatiom center is a 5 min walk away. Most tours start from here. Supermarket, coffee shops, market place and bus stops are all at a 5-7 mins walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enquired about getting a sledge for our 5 year old and they got that for us the very next day. We found their place through a recommnedation from a friend who stated 7-8 years ago and would definitely recommend to friends who will travel to Rovaniemi !

Viihtyisä ja kaikki puitteet kohdallaan. Loistava sijainti lähellä ammattikorkeakoulua. Yhteydenpito toimi erinomaisesti.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment. The building is exceptionally clean and quiet, while the area feels safe. Being right on the sea, the view from the sixth-floor apartment was lovely, even in winter. Plenty of steaming hot water and comfortable beds, there was nothing to dislike, and I am very fussy about where I stay.

Majoittaja oli sovitusti vastassa ja luovutti avaimen. Hän myös kommunikoi hyvin. Huoneisto sijaitsi uudessa kerrostalossa, ja huoneisto oli siisti, puhdas ja sisälsi nykyaikaiset, tarvittavat kodinkoneet. Huoneisto oli kivasti kalustettu. Huoneisto sijaitsi Kuusamon vanhassa keskustassa, ja lähellä paikkaa, joka muodosti matkan tarkoituksen. Myös ruokakaupat olivat lähellä, vaikkakin iso osa palveluista on siirtynyt vuosien varrella "uuteen keskustaan", lähellä Torankia. Hinta oli melko korkea, mihin todennäköisesti vaikutti se, että oli talvilomien aika ja talviurheilusesonki parhaimmillaan.

Magnifique séjour en Laponie et l'appartement est chaleureux, propre et très fonctionnel. Niina et Heini sont adorables et très réactives en cas de problèmes ou questions. Également très bien situé vous êtes à 10 min à pied des commerces et du centre ville. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Rovaniemi et repartons des étoiles plein les yeux. Merci à Niina et Heini

Clean accommodation in the Citycenter of Rovaniemi. 5 minutes from the bus station and the Shopping Mall. Juha was a very friendly host. He always answered quick and had a lot of recommendations for us.

Such a peaceful and picturesque location, with a view of the lake and squirrels playing outside each morning. The Snowy backdrop made for the most spectacular and exciting days. It is a nice little apartment with all the amenities and items you need, and shops/restaurants are all around 5 minutes drive. The sauna was particularly enjoyable, especially with a nice refreshing dive into the snow straight after. Will stay here again if ever back in Rovaniemi.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Tilava, viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu paikka järven rannalla. Toinen mökki melko lähellä, eikä välissä kovin paljon näköestettä. Kokonaisuutena positiivinen kokemus!

Kohde vastasi täysin kuvausta, majoittaja oli todella ystävällinen ja vastaili viesteihin hyvin. Ihana mökki/talo josta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen, sauna oli erinomainen ja siellä sai todella hyvät löylyt 😊 Voin suositella lämpimästi ++++++++++

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Schön in der Natur, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die Ausstattung war komplett ausreichend und abends hatte man sogar die Möglichkeit in die Sauna zu gehen. Gerne wieder :)

We ( 2 families) had an amazing stay at Johanna’s ! The house is large enough well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Everything as described in the listing. The location is super nice and we were able to see the northern lights from the house itself !! Johanna was quick to respond to our concerns and she takes care of providing extra heating during the very cold days! If you have a car with you.. then it’s impossible to go wrong with this stay. Thanks Johanna for hosting us .. we really enjoyed the stay !

Such a great home minutes from the center of Rovaniemi and on the river, clean and welcoming space, comfortable accommodations, responsive host, and everything you can ask for. Would highly recommend to visitors.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

This was a convenient and comfortable place to rest on our long drive from Levi to Helsinki. The space was very clean and we had what we needed to prepare a simple meal. We recommend and would stay again.

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Mukava yöpymispaikka, voitais mielellään uudestaankin yöpyä. Asunto oli siisti ja puhdas. Vastapäätä oleva vankila herätti meissä hilpeyttä ja kun söimme aamupalaa saimme katsoa kun vangit ulkoilivat :D 5/5 koko kokemus!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! Eetun Condo-huoneisto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, kaunis näkymä takapihalta lumisiin maisemiin ja hiihtoladut lähtivät aivan kulmilta. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui joustavasti ennakkoon. Viestiin vastaaminen nopeaa ja sisäänkirjautumisohjeet selkeät. Pelkkää plussaa!

Asunnolle oli todella helppo saapua ja auton sai maksuttomaan parkkiin ihan viereen. Asunto on todella hieno ja viihtyisä. Livenä paljon hienompi ja isompi kuin kuvista saa käsityksen. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunnolta on näkymät joelle ja ulkoilureitit ihan vieressä. Oltiin todella tyytyväisiä asuntoon ja järjestelyihin. Tätä voi suositella.

Meillä oli erittäin miellyttävä yhden yön majoittuminen Marin vanhassa, kauniissa ja idyllisessä hirsitalossa. Oli ilo käydä vierailulla, kaikki sujui hyvin, yhteydenpito oli nopeaa ja Mari on tosi ystävällinen ja mukava majoittaja. Tunnelmallinen rantasaunakin lämmitettiin meille lisämaksusta. Majoittajana Mari on Airbnb:n parasta A-ryhmää!
