Very friendly and receptive hosts both Hamilton and Lavan. Very concerned about guest welfare. We were a party of 5, 4 adults and a kid. Probably one of the more pleasant stays in Jaffna. Quite central and peaceful surroundings. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Won't hesitate to try it again. Highly recommended.

My first time in Jaffna and I was very lucky to find Rakshi’s place. She is such a lovely person , so willing to help and speaks perfect English. We had many nice talks in the evening. Bonus for me! Her house is an amazing old colonial style house. Huge and airy with a garden . Great for those hot days. A short walk to Nallur Kovil, Rio Ice Cream, Lavin’s restaurant and the Lemon Tree. 5minute Tuk Tuk to downtown Jaffna. I would not hesitate to book her place again. Thank you Rakshi!

So happy to have found this gem in Jaffna! We were a group of 3 generations from Canada originally from Jaffna. From the beginning Hamilton and his house manager Lavan were extremely responsive and helpful with all our many questions and requests. The place met all our Canadian expectations- very comfortable and clean and set up like a North American home. Lavan was like a family member from the moment we arrived, gave good recommendations and always responsive whenever we had questions or needed help. We took advantage of the meal options he provided (as mentioned on the listing) - very delicious home cooked food at a very reasonable price. There are signs leading up to the house so was easy to locate. Laneway is narrow but that is the case for most streets in Jaffna so no fault to the property. My entire family young and old thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this place to our family and friends back home who are looking to come to Jaffna. Thank U Hamilton & Lavan!

Aran's studio is perfect for spending some peaceful time in Jaffna. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities, all fully functional and brand new: a spacious hot shower, a kitchen with utensils and pots suitable for cooking anything you desire, a large bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress, and a big smart TV. On top of all this, Aran and his staff made us feel at home by offering services and advice for all our needs. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much!
